  Pros

  The shade is about 24? It might be slightly darker than the typical 23 shade foundations sold in stores, but for someone like me who uses 24-25 shade foundations, the color is perfectly natural. Excellent coverage - it covers not just blemishes but even moles. The coverage is so good that using other concealers after this one feels underwhelming. It's a matte type with great adherence and lasting power. Sometimes, even when the foundation breaks down, this concealer stays put.

  Cons

  It can be quite drying. In winter or when your skin is dry, it tends to look flaky. Especially when applied over a dewy foundation, the texture difference is noticeable, making it look disconnected from the base.

  Tip

  I recommend applying this before your foundation! Its distinct color and texture can stand out too much if applied over foundation, potentially creating a mismatched look.

  I've found my holy grail concealer! As someone with acne scars and a shade 23 complexion, I've always struggled to find the perfect coverage. After trying countless foundations and concealers, this one stands out as the most natural and beautiful! 1. Color: Perfection! I prefer a natural look over a stark white base, and this shade is an absolute perfect match for my slightly yellow, warm undertone. 2. Staying power: Exceptional! This concealer's longevity is incredible. No touch-ups needed throughout the day. 3. Application: Smooth as silk! NARS is known for their ultra-fine, smooth formulas in both foundations and concealers. This one applies in an incredibly thin, seamless layer. 4. Coverage: Out of this world! The coverage is truly phenomenal. It completely conceals all my acne scars.

  Cons

  I have dry skin and love a dewy finish, but this concealer is completely matte. To combat this, I use a damp beauty sponge to apply it, which helps a bit. It can feel a tad dry in winter, so you'll need to step up your skincare game. However, it's absolutely perfect for summer!

  Tip

  I actually use this concealer as my sole base product, skipping foundation entirely. After my skincare routine and a thin layer of sunscreen, I apply tiny dots of the concealer on my forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. Then, I blend it out with a damp beauty sponge. For areas with acne scars, I use a brush for more precise coverage.
