The shade is about 24? It might be slightly darker than the typical 23 shade foundations sold in stores, but for someone like me who uses 24-25 shade foundations, the color is perfectly natural. Excellent coverage - it covers not just blemishes but even moles. The coverage is so good that using other concealers after this one feels underwhelming. It's a matte type with great adherence and lasting power. Sometimes, even when the foundation breaks down, this concealer stays put. It can be quite drying. In winter or when your skin is dry, it tends to look flaky. Especially when applied over a dewy foundation, the texture difference is noticeable, making it look disconnected from the base. I recommend applying this before your foundation! Its distinct color and texture can stand out too much if applied over foundation, potentially creating a mismatched look. - jh*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 26, 2020
The coverage is truly excellent. It lasts a long time due to the generous amount. Great for concealing blemishes. It's on the pricey side. The shade is a bit dark, so when you apply foundation over it, the color shows through. - le********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2020
An excellent concealer for calmly covering blemishes and effectively hiding redness The price! Apart from that, it's truly top-tier among pot concealers - la*****Dry SkinAtopic SkinAug 16, 2020
The coverage is excellent, and it applies smoothly! With its oil-free formula, this product also has impressive staying power. Given the variety of shades available, you could even use the darker colors for contouring! It's a bit disappointing that there isn't an even wider range of shades available. - mi********Combination SkinRecommendedAug 9, 2020
I love that there's a wide range of shades to choose from, so you can find one that matches your complexion perfectly. The coverage is also excellent. The price is a bit on the higher side, and occasionally it can feel a bit drying on the skin. - cr********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2020
The coverage is excellent, perfect for concealing dark spots and blemishes. It comes in a pot, so using a brush works better. Everything else was great! For a flawless complexion, first apply concealer, then use a foundation brush to lightly cover with a small amount of this product. It creates a beautiful skin finish! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2020
First off, I appreciate that Nars, being a department store brand, offers a wide range of shades. While it's pricier compared to drugstore options, the quantity lasts quite long since you only need a small amount of concealer. So, it doesn't feel like you're wasting money on an expensive product. The formula isn't too hard, making it easy to apply, and being a pot type, it provides excellent coverage. While concealers are generally known for their coverage, I believe their longevity is what sets them apart. This one doesn't last forever, but it doesn't break down easily either. If you touch it up along with the rest of your makeup, you won't be disappointed. Those with extremely dry skin might experience some pilling during fall and winter. Pot-type concealers tend to be drying in general. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 14, 2020
I switched from stick concealers to this product out of curiosity, and I've stuck with it ever since. It's incredibly thick, covering spots and blemishes like magic. When set with powder, its staying power is unbeatable. Hmm... I can't really think of any downsides. If I had to pick something, I'd say the amount is a bit small. I prefer using concealer to spot-treat imperfections rather than applying foundation all over, so I go through it quickly and find myself repurchasing often. The formula has a thick, balm-like consistency, making it difficult to control with soft brushes. For precise application, I recommend using a firm synthetic eyeliner brush or lip brush. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2019
I was skeptical at first, but after trying a sample, I fell in love and bought it. It's matte with excellent adherence. One application with a brush, followed by cushion foundation, covers almost all blemishes and dark spots. I've tried cheap concealers before that creased and didn't cover well, so I wasn't a fan of concealers. But now, I feel anxious without this one! It's truly my holy grail product. The only downside seems to be the wicked price. If only it were a bit more affordable! - cm****Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 15, 2019
I have acne-prone skin with redness, and I use shade 23. After much deliberation between the Radiant Concealer and this pot concealer, I bought this one on the recommendation of a department store associate. It's absolutely amazing! The price tag in the 40,000 won range was a bit daunting, but I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. The Radiant Concealer is great for dark spots or lighter blemishes, while this Complete Concealer provides perfect coverage for more severe, darker blemishes. I was torn between the creamy type and this one because I had acne and flaky skin at the time, so I was worried this matte type might be too drying. But you don't need to worry about that - it adheres well to the skin. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the pot type might be less hygienic due to more exposure. However, I've never experienced any blemishes from using this! Before applying foundation, I take a well-seasoned brush, dab it once or twice in the concealer, apply it to my skin, and blend just the edges. Blemishes disappear instantly! Plus, it pairs perfectly with NARS Long Lasting Deauville foundation.
