I love skincare fragrances but find overly masculine scents challenging. I'm pleased that this has a more neutral scent that suits me perfectly. I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive and prone to redness. My skin especially reacts to oils, heavy oil-based products, strong vitamin formulations, and alcohol. Pores are a concern, but as I age, my skin's getting less oily and naturally improving (thank goodness!). Since sunscreens often cause blemishes for me, I'm on the hunt for one that won't trigger an allergic reaction. So far, the recently launched blue Hera sunscreen seems to suit me best! Oh, and I'm the type whose lips get irritated by Chanel and YSL lip products, unfortunately. I found this to be a bit harsher than Montblanc Legend eau de toilette, so it wasn't for me. Men's fragrance: This scent is perfect for a masculine cologne. It has a slightly soft yet cool aroma that men are sure to appreciate! It's an eau de toilette, but the fragrance doesn't seem to last very long. First off, it has a universally appealing scent that's hard to dislike. The fragrance is slightly rich but not heavy, with a pleasant aroma that lasts quite well. The bottle is clean and sophisticated, making it an excellent gift option. Being a perfume, the ingredients are somewhat unavoidable. That's a bit disappointing. To describe it simply, imagine a cool, intense men's skincare scent toned down by 60%, blended with a sweet aroma and just a hint (about 5%) of a mature fragrance. It's a scent that would suit anyone from their late 20s to late 30s perfectly. For women like me, it's ideal when you want to appear more ambitious and sophisticated, shedding that youthful image. It's not so much a drawback, but being an eau de toilette, it lasts about 4-6 hours. This makes it perfect for short outings. For longer trips, I'd recommend decanting some into a small travel bottle to carry with you.

I got a whiff of my friend's and it smells lovely Since I didn't buy it myself, I honestly can't say much about any downsides

While the ingredients are a bit concerning... it's unavoidable with perfumes. I ordered it because of Montblanc's brand recognition and positive image, and the fragrance isn't bad at all. The lingering scent is even more subtle... it actually gets better as time passes! The ingredients are somewhat disappointing. Since it was a gift, I posted a question asking if a shopping bag was available. I kept checking for a response, but it seems they don't manage their message board very well. That's a bit disappointing. Apart from the ingredients, I don't have any other complaints about the product yet.
