  As a toner, it was decent. The scent wasn't overwhelming... In fact, the fragrance was its best feature.

  Cons

  When my skin isn't at its best, applying this causes a tingling sensation and it doesn't absorb well. It even caused some swelling around my mouth area.

  It's great to use because it doesn't cause blemishes and the price is reasonable. They often have discounts too.

  Cons

  I didn't really feel much of a calming effect... Sometimes it feels sticky, unfortunately. Also, the fragrance is too strong. Occasionally, the area around my philtrum felt tingling.

  The large size and reasonable price were great. The ingredients also seem gentle at first glance.

  It stings too much. While the mugwort scent is unavoidable, I was worried the tingling might cause blemishes. However, when I actually used it, there weren't any issues.
