Mugwort, being a warming herb, is beneficial if you tend to feel chilly in your skin or body. It has a subtle, pleasant mugwort scent.
ConsApplying this mugwort toner on a face with redness actually increased the warmth and flushing. Calming effect? Not really noticeable. The watery consistency is more suitable as an exfoliating toner, but it runs off easily when applied directly.

The texture is completely watery, so it can be used as both an exfoliating toner and for the 7-skin method. When my skin gets red or needs soothing, it's amazing as a skin pack on a cotton pad! I have combination dehydrated skin, so I wipe once and then pat it in 2-3 times. If you only apply it once, it might feel a bit dry, so I'd recommend it more for combination or oily skin types rather than dry skin. The scent is a pleasant, fresh fragrance that isn't overpowering.
ConsIt can feel dry if you only apply it once, so you need to pat it in 2-3 times for better absorption. The watery texture means it flows quickly. This product is more effective for soothing than deep hydration.
TipAfter cleansing, wipe once with a cotton pad, then pat in 2-3 times for a moisturized feel. When your skin is flushed or needs calming, using it as a skin pack provides quick soothing effects.

Its water-like consistency made it great for cleansing and as a mask.
ConsWell... There's not really anything to complain about, except maybe that it runs a bit due to its watery texture.
TipYou can use it as a mask by soaking cotton pads, and it works wonderfully as an exfoliating toner too!

Rather than providing deep hydration, it feels more refreshing and cleansing when applied with a cotton pad. I love this sensation, which is why I'm on my third bottle. I switched from Hanyul's Artemisia line when it became too expensive and the sizes shrank, and I think those who enjoy artemisia products like I do will appreciate this Brang Green one.
Cons1. It doesn't provide intense hydration. 2. The bottle design is inconvenient. 1. After applying this toner, the hydration level doesn't feel as deep compared to some cheaper, large-volume toners (those that come in 500ml bottles). It gives more of a clean, fresh feeling rather than deep moisture. 2. The bottle requires some skill to use, especially if you're applying with a cotton pad like me. Tilt it slightly, and it runs down the side; tilt too much, and too much comes out. If you try to cover the opening with a cotton pad and flip it, hardly any product comes out. To solve this, I transfer it to a refill bottle with a pump from Daiso. This way, I can keep the original bottle in the fridge and use the refill bottle, which seems to help the product last longer and feels more convenient. Before this, I used Isoi's Blemish Care Toner, Mamonde toners (Mugwort, Chrysanthemum, Rose), and other gentle, large-volume toners. Among these, only Mamonde Rose caused blemishes for me. The Mugwort one suited my skin well, but I stopped using it because of a slight alcohol-like scent.
TipThe best method is to use this product or other gentle toners for cleansing, followed by an essence. Personally, I prefer a two-step approach: first with a watery toner, then with a slightly thicker one. This seems to lock in moisture better and lasts longer. Currently, my routine is: this toner → Isoi toner → skin pack, followed by sunscreen and primer after absorption. As someone with oily, large-pored skin who uses primer, I can't layer too many products or my makeup will pill. So I stick to two toner applications, and if I need more hydration, I'll use a skin pack, sheet mask, or a light ampoule before sunscreen and primer. It's a bit more work, but it prevents makeup from caking or sliding off. For those with oily skin looking for long-lasting makeup without excess oil, I think the key is in the finishing powder or setting spray. Look into those products for the best results.

Due to the changing seasons, I got a rash-like outbreak of small bumps on my cheekbones, so I bought this to calm my skin! Here's my 2-week usage review: ▪️Texture: Water-like consistency It has a basic, runny texture like water. Many toners these days are thick or viscous, but this one has a classic, fluid consistency. ▪️Effectiveness: Varies / Good for me Honestly, I didn't see dramatic results. But after a week, the small bumps suddenly improved a lot! About 60-70% of the bumps on my cheekbones that used to feel rough have disappeared! However, the redness remains unchanged. It was effective for sudden blemishes and small bumps that appeared during the season change, but for overall redness and soothing, it was just okay. ▪️Scent: Mugwort fragrance. Might be hit or miss. Personally, I love mugwort and natural scents, so I liked it. But my friend tried it and didn't care for it. It's just that typical mugwort scent everyone knows! ▪️Price and quantity: Decent I don't find the Bring Green brand particularly expensive, and I bought it during a sale. Not bad! At this price point, I'd repurchase for these results. But as mentioned, there were no dramatic effects, and the watery texture means it might run out quickly. ▪️Hydration: Minimal To be honest, the hydration is really... lacking. Make sure to follow up with moisturizing creams or serums. It's a must!
ConsThe bottle opening is too narrow! After using it as an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad, I pour some into my hand for a second layer. But it spills everywhere when I'm trying to dispense it. Also, when I first used it, it stung a bit and was itchy... I think it was because my skin was dry! But it got better after adding more hydration. While it's okay for soothing, the hydration is questionable. It definitely doesn't address deep dryness and feels a bit drying overall! So make sure to use super hydrating products in your next steps.

When I get blemishes or my skin feels irritated, using this as a toner pack really helps calm things down. Applying it three times is usually enough for my skin.
ConsThe formula is very watery, so after use, the residue that collects around the bottle opening tends to drip down. At first, I thought it was leaking, which is why I deducted one star.

I'm writing this review after using up the entire bottle. Wow, I bought it without much expectation, but what a surprise! The effects were spot-on. After using the skin pack for about 3 minutes and patting it in after removal, the next step emulsion absorbs well too. After 3-4 days of use, my redness completely disappeared. It's truly a satisfying product! This gem has piqued my curiosity about other Bring Green products.
ConsSince it's used as a skin pack, I wish it came in a larger size... Also, the bottle opening is disappointing. It seems the opening isn't well-designed, as the product often leaks and drips down the bottle after use, which is inconvenient.
TipIt's perfect as a calming skin pack toner. Right after cleansing, saturate a cotton pad generously, use it as a skin pack, and finish by gently patting it in. This helps reduce facial heat and calms any redness.

I didn't get a single blemish, and the scent is so lovely.
ConsThe product is too runny and really drips down the outside of the container. It's such a mess!

It's not greasy at all, and it literally feels like my skin is becoming softer.
ConsThe container design makes the product a bit prone to spilling, but it's not too bad, so I still recommend it.
