It was gentle on my skin without any irritation. As someone with a sensitive nose, I loved the fragrance, which remained consistent even hours after application. My previous product didn't hold up like this, sadly.
ConsI bought this sunscreen hoping for good brightening effects, but the coverage was less than expected. Since I only use sunscreen on my skin, that's crucial, but this one applied too sheer for my liking. Also, the finish was excessively dewy or glowy, making my skin look overly oily. I dislike that slippery feeling when touching my face, and this was so extreme it started running as soon as I squeezed it out. Really disappointing overall.

So I tried this tone-up sunscreen instead, and I'm loving it! It has a pink base, but it's not artificial-looking. It just gives you a natural, subtle brightness. There's no white cast, and it doesn't make you look ghostly pale. Instead, it gives your face a soft, slightly rosy glow that makes you look refreshed without being over the top. The application is smooth and even hydrating. I hardly felt any dryness, and it's not sticky at all, which is great. It's perfect for quick trips out of the house. The best part? It doesn't pill when you apply foundation over it, keeps your skin looking dewy, and doesn't cause any blemishes. It's a winner!
ConsWhile it does brighten your complexion, it doesn't offer much coverage. Still, it does make your face look more radiant. Just be aware that it can get a bit oily as time passes.
TipSkip using a separate brightening moisturizer and sunscreen - solve both with this tone-up sunscreen in one go! For a simple makeup look, apply this sunscreen and then just dab a small amount of cushion foundation in the center of your face. Keep it light and focused on the center to avoid that 'floating face' effect you get when you apply foundation all over!

Like any brightening moisturizer, it might look a bit off right after application, but within about 10 seconds, it's as if it's your own skin. If you're not the type to spend ages on your skincare routine, this works great as a makeup base substitute. It's adequately hydrating - perfect unless you have super dry skin. It also gives a nice glow, making your skin look really healthy.
ConsIt brightens but doesn't provide coverage. You can't use this alone as your base makeup. Even if you pat it on with a puff, it doesn't seem to have much covering power. The effect fades over time, so the staying power isn't great. It might be fine for a product you reapply often, but it's tough to slather on sunscreen like this after you've done your full makeup.
