I feel like this toner really helped calm my skin! When I first apply it, it doesn't feel particularly light, but that seems to mean it's absorbing more deeply and providing extra hydration. I'm so satisfied with this product! It might sound contradictory, but it feels both moisturizing and somehow makes my skin feel fresh at the same time. It really seems to deliver on both fronts! There's hardly any scent, so it doesn't cause any discomfort. My skin is prone to atopic dermatitis and acne, and it's super sensitive, so I'm usually a bit apprehensive about trying new products. But with this toner, I'm really glad I gave it a shot. I highly recommend everyone use it a lot! I wish the bottle was a bit bigger. Other than that, I can't really think of any downsides to this product. If you apply this toner twice, it seems to keep your skin both hydrated and fresh-feeling until morning! - hy*********Combination SkinMar 7, 2021
It's great for providing both hydration and moisture during seasonal changes or dry winter months. I think it would be especially beneficial for those with dry skin. Even though I don't have particularly sensitive skin, I felt a slight irritation. Also, after using it, the area around my nose became too oily, so it didn't really suit me well. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2020
It naturally balances oil and moisture, and when I need to do my makeup quickly outdoors, this one product is enough for a base. My makeup doesn't separate and it absorbs so incredibly well! This was definitely the best thing about it! There are no downsides! None at all! If only the price could come down a bit... haha After cleansing, I just apply this one product and it works great under drying sunscreens and foundations! Just pat it in with your fingers and it's absolutely perfect - gh*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedDec 24, 2019
It doesn't cause any blemishes on my face and has a refreshingly pleasant scent. However, the fragrance might be a bit divisive - I personally liked it. After patting on the toner twice and applying this cream, my makeup goes on smoothly. I've found that when your skin is dry, it's more important to focus on hydration with essences or toners rather than just relying on creams. No matter how much cream you apply, if you're lacking in essence or toner, your skin can still feel tight or experience deep dryness. This would be great for those dealing with dehydrated skin! There's nothing particularly bad to mention! Occasionally, if it gets in your eyes, there might be a slight tingling sensation, but that's about it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 7, 2019
It absorbs well into the skin, better than I expected, and has a lovely fragrance! The amount is quite small, and if you have combination oily or oily skin, it might make your skin feel too rich... - lo**********Dry SkinOct 2, 2019
I can't find any positives. If left for a while, it separates into two layers. You have to shake it before use, and it leaves the skin way too greasy. First off, the fragrance. I don't like scented products, and this scent is particularly unpleasant. After using this, my skin seriously broke out. Ugh... it's so frustrating. - ng******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 29, 2019
Free from harmful ingredients, and even with my extremely dry skin, applying just this keeps it hydrated without any tightness It's a bit sticky, so when I dry my hair after applying this, my hair gets all clingy and it feels a bit uncomfortable Apply immediately after cleansing your face - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 27, 2019
My skin was extremely dry and I even had atopic dermatitis, causing it to crack and act up daily. But whenever that happened, I'd soak a cotton pad with this and apply it. It quickly made my skin feel hydrated and I loved it! It does have a somewhat rich feel, so if you don't let it absorb completely, your makeup might pill. It's a bit tricky to work with. I prefer skincare over makeup. On particularly dry days, I layer it two or three times and mix in some jojoba oil for extra hydration. - ch********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 20, 2019
Oil and moisture balance: As a cream skin, it contains both oil and moisture. It's suitable for dry skin types year-round, but might feel a bit heavy for oily skin in summer! Texture: It's like water! Absorption: Thanks to its water-like texture, it absorbs quickly! However, since it contains oil, it's slightly slower compared to purely water-based products. But it's not excessively slow - just needs a bit of patting in. Hydration: With both oil and moisture, the hydration is top-notch! No deep dryness, and it leaves your skin feeling firm after absorption. Plus, it doesn't pill when you apply creams or ampoules on top - if anything, it helps them absorb better! When I wake up the next day, my skin feels so plump. It's my holy grail toner! Scent: It has a mild, fresh fragrance that I absolutely love! Blemishes: I have super sensitive skin, but I've never experienced any breakouts with this. Price: It's often on sale, so you can get a bottle for under $20, which I think is great value for money! Repurchase intention: 1000000%, I'm sticking with this toner from now on! Bottle: The small opening is great for dispensing just a drop at a time when you shake it, but the bottle design could be better... When you close the cap, the leftover cream skin around the opening tends to run down the sides. So when you open it next time, you'll find product stuck around the bottle and pooling a bit. It's wasteful and inconvenient - I really hope they improve this! Honestly, this product is so satisfying from the moment you start using it that the bottle is the only drawback I can think of! I have very dry skin and use 4-5 basic skincare products year-round. I use this cream skin as a toner after my sheet mask routine! Right now in summer, I use about 4 drops, but I might add 1-2 more drops in winter. Also, they often have sales on the official website or We*p, so if you want to try it, keep an eye out for those sales periods. Or if you spend a certain amount on the official site, you can choose this as a gratis item - that might be a good way to test it out! (After all, it would be a waste of money if you bought the full size and it didn't suit you...) - qb******Dry SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2019
It's so hydrating that it could even be used as a first essence. The rich texture makes it ideal for dry skin types. The richness, which is both its strength and weakness, can make it feel heavy when applying subsequent skincare steps. For extremely dry skin that requires multiple hydrating layers, it unfortunately can't replace other steps in your routine.
