  Here's my review after using the product I won from Hwahae: 1. Scent As someone sensitive to fragrances, I loved that this one wasn't overpowering or too strong at all! 2. Application The application is fantastic. It has a rich texture that absorbs well into the skin! I'm satisfied with how it smooths out my skin texture after applying. 3. Blemishes I have super sensitive skin that tends to break out when using products with incompatible ingredients. However, this product actually had a soothing effect, which I'm very pleased with. I was initially worried it might not suit my extremely sensitive skin, but it's amazing!! I plan to repurchase after I finish this one. 4. Daily use without burden I used to find rich creams too heavy for daily use, but this product has a light application and absorbs well. So even though it's rich, I can use it comfortably every day without feeling burdened!

  Cons

  I didn't have any complaints while using this product! I'm so satisfied that I plan to repurchase after I finish it. If I had to find one drawback, it would be the higher price point.

  Tip

  When your skin is sensitive and irritated, this product smooths out your complexion and provides an immediate soothing effect!! It's a product you can use daily without any issues!

  It absorbs into the skin with a lovely moisturizing effect. While some people mentioned mixed reactions due to the scent, as a 30-something with sensitive combination skin, I'm quite particular about product ingredients and fragrance. My sensitive skin tends to throw a blemish party on stressful days, so I've discarded many skincare products that didn't work for me. This one, however, applies smoothly and has a pleasantly subtle scent. It's not overpowering and suited my skin well.

  Cons

  If I had to point out a drawback, it's slightly heavy. The texture is more suitable for autumn rather than summer. In warmer months, I prefer a light gel cream. That's why I chose to use it generously as a night cream before bed, which worked wonderfully. I opted to use it as an evening moisturizer or for frequent application when I'm at home, rather than under makeup.

As I'm sensitive to fragrances, it's slightly noticeable but not unbearable. *Texture* It has a typical moisturizer feel. The hydration doesn't spread intensely, but there's a slight firmness to it. It applies smoothly, absorbs quickly with almost no stickiness. Leaves skin feeling soft and supple. Feels like you're wearing nothing, with a velvety finish and no heavy sensation. My overall impression is that it's a very decent cream without any major pros or cons. I was hoping it would soothe the roughness on my cheeks, but I didn't notice any calming or moisturizing effects - perhaps due to the short 2-week trial period.   1. Price With water and glycerin likely making up 80% of the formula... it's hard to expect much effect from the tiny amount of truffle extract. I'm not sure if it has any merit in a cosmetics market full of cost-effective products. 2. Packaging How are we supposed to use this cream just sitting in a jar without even a spatula? I never use jar-type creams because they're unhygienic, so I won't repurchase until they switch to a tube format. 3. Ingredients There are too many.

  A barrier cream with excellent absorption and no stickiness. Initially, I thought its thick consistency might not be suitable for summer use, but it absorbs quickly after application, causing no discomfort when hair or pillows touch the skin. As someone with severe combination dehydrated skin, I'm picky about ingredients regardless of price. This product has gentle ingredients, a pleasant scent, and most importantly, it doesn't leave my skin overly oily when I wake up. It does a great job balancing oil and moisture. I often get blemishes from eating greasy, flour-based foods or during my menstrual cycle, so I always use a soothing cream. I applied my usual amount to an angry pimple and was amazed to see it calmed down within a day. Even in this extreme heat with continuous heat wave warnings, I'm using it without any issues. This product might be great for those with sensitive skin or those who can't use lightweight creams in summer due to deep dryness caused by poor oil-moisture balance.

  I have no complaints about the cream itself, but if I had to nitpick, it's that the jar packaging requires scooping with fingers. I wish it came in a tube format.

  Tip

  Some people say they only use it at night because it causes pilling when applied in the morning. However, I use it in the morning by wiping my face with toner on a cotton pad, then applying a thin layer of the firming cream all over my face, using less than I would at night. This way, I don't experience any tightness or pilling. In fact, it prevents my makeup from looking patchy, making application easier.
