The fragrance is lovely when showering. The packaging is pretty, making it great for gifting. Unfortunately, the scent fades quickly after showering. The formula is watery with weak lather, so it gets used up too quickly. It's pricey, which makes it feel like a waste. As a body wash, its cleansing effectiveness and hydration are not as good as Illiyoon. It's more convenient to use if you replace the head with a pump dispenser from Daiso. I bought this primarily for the fragrance, not for any other features. It's excellent for maintaining the longevity of your perfume when used together. I absolutely adore the Byredo Blanche scent, and while I already own the perfume, I had this urge to splurge on something fragrance-related. That's why I decided to treat myself to this body wash along with the body emulsion set. Since my expectations weren't too high, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it lathers - better than I anticipated. After use, my skin doesn't feel overly dry, just the normal level of dryness you'd expect from a body wash. The Blanche scent is perfectly balanced - any stronger and it might have been overwhelming, but as it is, it's just right and I'm thrilled with it. It's perfect for those times when you want to enjoy the Blanche fragrance while showering or need a mood lift and a refreshing cleanse. We all know Byredo comes with a hefty price tag, but I have to say, the body wash doesn't seem to hold its scent for very long. It really does feel like I'm washing my money down the drain! While I might consider repurchasing the body emulsion, I don't think I'll be buying the wash again. It just doesn't seem worth the splurge. If you're looking to save some money, I'd suggest buying this product without the pump dispenser from a cheaper source. I purchased mine from Galleria because they offered the pump, but honestly, after using it, I realized it's not really necessary. The product is easy to use without it. Plus, I think Byredo's signature round cap looks more aesthetically pleasing. I've been using this product on a friend's recommendation, and I love the scent! It leaves my skin feeling so hydrated after showering!!! Given the season and my dry skin, I usually feel parched right after showering if I don't apply body lotion. But with this, my skin stays smooth and moisturized, haha! After using it for a month, I haven't found any downsides yet... haha!

The lather is decent, meeting expectations. The screw-top container is quite inconvenient to use. The fragrance doesn't last as long as I had hoped. I'm on the fence about repurchasing. Use this alongside Blanchet hair spray, perfume, and hand cream to transform into the ultimate Blanchet enthusiast.
