  Pros

  I've tried shampoo bars and natural shampoos for environmental reasons, but my hair was falling out like crazy. Even famous caffeine shampoos didn't help, and I was seriously worried about going bald. That's when I switched to this shampoo. I had scalp acne, dandruff, and unbearable itching, but after using it for about a week, the scalp acne and dandruff completely disappeared. My hair loss reduced to a normal level, and the itching improved significantly. After washing, my scalp feels as refreshing as if I've had a menthol candy. It's been just over two weeks of use, and my hair doesn't get greasy or tangled. It seems to have gained some strength too. For reference, I have an oily, sensitive scalp. The purpose of this shampoo seems to be promoting a healthy scalp! I also like the cool, herbal scent. I think I'll keep using this shampoo.

  Cons

  It's inconvenient that the container doesn't have a pump, but the most disappointing aspect is probably the price. What's worse, since I'm living abroad, I had to pay even more to purchase it.

  Tip

  Using it with a scalp brush makes it feel even more refreshing!
