It feels really refreshing and the scent is quite pleasant. My parents use it too and they say it's really nice. I'm not sure. If I had to nitpick, maybe the packaging? I wish it came with a pump dispenser.

Even famous caffeine shampoos didn't help, and I was seriously worried about going bald. That's when I switched to this shampoo. I had scalp acne, dandruff, and unbearable itching, but after using it for about a week, the scalp acne and dandruff completely disappeared. My hair loss reduced to a normal level, and the itching improved significantly. After washing, my scalp feels as refreshing as if I've had a menthol candy. It's been just over two weeks of use, and my hair doesn't get greasy or tangled. It seems to have gained some strength too. For reference, I have an oily, sensitive scalp. The purpose of this shampoo seems to be promoting a healthy scalp! I also like the cool, herbal scent. I think I'll keep using this shampoo. It's inconvenient that the container doesn't have a pump, but the most disappointing aspect is probably the price. What's worse, since I'm living abroad, I had to pay even more to purchase it. Living in a foreign country with hard water, my hair was becoming dry and brittle, and I was even experiencing hair loss. Every winter my scalp would hurt and my hair would fall out in clumps, but after just a week of using this shampoo, I'm seeing results. I'm so grateful! There's nothing bad to say! At first, I was a bit unsure about the scent, but I'm actually getting used to its refreshing fragrance now. For those who can't open the cap, make sure you've removed the clear tape! I couldn't see the tape at first and spent days wondering why nothing was coming out. I've only been using the anti-hair loss formula for about a week, but I can already feel a noticeable difference. My scalp feels incredibly clean and refreshingly cool. I'm optimistic about seeing even better results in the future! The container's lid could use some improvement. I hope they consider redesigning it in future versions.

The scent is pleasant, and after using it, my scalp feels refreshed while my hair becomes incredibly bouncy and silky! The lather does dissipate quickly, and it's slightly inconvenient that it's a squeeze-to-use type.

The fragrance seems quite luxurious. Please consider making a pump dispenser. I've been using this shampoo exclusively for a year now. While it doesn't lather much, requiring two washes, it's been a game-changer for my scalp. My persistent problem with dead skin cells on the scalp has completely disappeared. The price-to-volume ratio is a bit steep. Since it doesn't foam up well, I need to wash twice, which means I go through the bottle faster than I'd like.
