The fragrance is excellent👍 It disappears completely when rinsed off. Seems to have good cleansing power.

The regular shampoo was fine. The dandruff disappeared completely.. It seems a bit strong, but that's how it was.

The reason I wrote 'regular shampoo' in the positive points is that this apple menthol shampoo is very bad, so I wrote that. It's the worst. I had used up the shampoo I was using before and opened and used the one I had bought, and my hair was a complete mess; I was so shocked. I'm experiencing hair loss for the first time. My hair is a mess, but I have to go out, so I washed it one more time. It's still a mess.. Just in case, I tried a different shampoo and my hair went back to normal. I used to feel itchy and have dandruff every time I used shampoo, but after using Head & Shoulders, I don't have those problems at all.
Cons
However, my hair doesn't feel particularly soft after shampooing. The fragrance is also just average.

It has a nice fragrance and a refreshing feeling, and my hair looks healthy. However...

It may look good, but it's so sticky. My hair feels sticky and heavy. The scalp feels refreshed, but it's not refreshing at all. This shampoo is really not recommended. I've never had this kind of feeling with other shampoos. Since my hair is long, it's even worse.
