The fragrance is excellent👍 It disappears completely when rinsed off. Seems to have good cleansing power.

Pros
I was initially diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis by a dermatologist and was recommended to use Head & Shoulders products. After using this product, there was a slight stiffness in my hair compared to the strongly scented products I had been using previously, but my skin condition has significantly improved.

Pros
The apple fragrance is really nice. But that's about it. There are hardly any pros, so it's hard to even fill 20 characters.
Cons
Unlike other reviews, there's hardly any lather... Not that the lather matters, but even after shampooing, my hair feels stiff... It's like I washed it with laundry soap... I even went to the salon and they asked if I washed my hair with laundry soap, which was such a shock.... I haven't used it since then. I'm using Elastin now and it's so good (not an ad, just means the Head & Shoulders was that bad) Any other shampoo would be better than this one. If anyone says they're buying this, I'll definitely talk them out of it.

I'm not new to Head & Shoulders, but this shampoo I received seems to have issues with the manufacturing process. After washing my hair and while it's still damp, my hair feels sticky and gooey, like it's coated in wax or glue. My hands also feel sticky, and even after drying my hair, it remains sticky and clumped together, dripping like honey. What's the point of using shampoo if it doesn't cleanse the greasiness and impurities? It just feels sticky all around. When I use a different shampoo, my hair is fine again... I have natural, uncolored hair, and I've used all kinds of shampoos without any issues, but the Apple Fresh one definitely has a problem. This is bad enough to warrant a complaint to the consumer protection agency! I can't even use this for hand-washing, it's only good for cleaning the toilet. Please don't buy this, unless the manufacturing process has been improved, but I bought it a week ago, so it seems to be an inherent issue with the product.
