There's not much to complain about. If I had to nitpick, the product is quite thick for a tube, making it a bit challenging to squeeze out. When it's almost empty, transferring it to another container might be helpful.

I can't believe this was discontinued... I'm already on my second bottle from the store! It's absolutely fantastic. I use it like a treatment, and it's better than most treatments out there. It's soothing for the scalp and affordable too. This is my holy grail product!

The ingredients were excellent before the packaging redesign. I recently bought a new one and noticed the container looked different. When I compared the ingredient list with my old empty bottle, I was disappointed to see significant changes. They've added phenoxyethanol and other new ingredients. It's a shame, as I've been using this product specifically for its good formulation.

The rinsing quality is excellent. The Pantene for extreme damage I used before was too slippery when it got on my hands and didn't rinse off well, which was really inconvenient. This one feels lighter. It rinses off easily, which I love. For reference, my hair isn't very damaged, and I used to only use shampoo, but since I started using Innisfree mint shampoo, my hair became too stiff, so I'm using conditioner along with it now.
