None whatsoever. This product has made me swear off Innisfree products entirely. I developed seborrheic dermatitis while using this product. Even though I rinsed thoroughly, as soon as I switched to this one... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 13, 2020
I can't believe this was discontinued... I'm already on my second bottle from the store! It's absolutely fantastic. I use it like a treatment, and it's better than most treatments out there. It's soothing for the scalp and affordable too. This is my holy grail product! There's not much to complain about. If I had to nitpick, the product is quite thick for a tube, making it a bit challenging to squeeze out. When it's almost empty, transferring it to another container might be helpful. - li*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2019
I've always used this product because of its great ingredients. The ingredients were excellent before the packaging redesign. I recently bought a new one and noticed the container looked different. When I compared the ingredient list with my old empty bottle, I was disappointed to see significant changes. They've added phenoxyethanol and other new ingredients. It's a shame, as I've been using this product specifically for its good formulation. - bm*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 13, 2018
I love the cool minty scent! The packaging is pretty too. Since it's winter, I use it once a week, and every time it leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. It works well even on the crown and scalp without leaving any residue. It also has a decent conditioning effect, so my hair doesn't feel dry. Well, it's a gentle product, which is nice. I wasn't expecting any dramatic effects, so I'd say it's a solid, middle-of-the-road product. After shampooing, remove excess water from your hair and gently massage the scalp with your fingertips. Rinse it off after 3 minutes for a refreshing feel. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 24, 2017
As someone with an oily scalp, I needed something refreshing for summer. I came across this product, liked its ingredients, and gave it a try. It turned out to be wonderfully cooling and effective! At first, the finish felt a bit stiff, but as I continued using it, it became more comfortable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 14, 2017
The rinsing quality is excellent. The Pantene for extreme damage I used before was too slippery when it got on my hands and didn't rinse off well, which was really inconvenient. This one feels lighter. It rinses off easily, which I love. For reference, my hair isn't very damaged, and I used to only use shampoo, but since I started using Innisfree mint shampoo, my hair became too stiff, so I'm using conditioner along with it now. There's nothing particularly bad about it. The ingredients are really good too. Please, Innisfree, never discontinue the mint hair line, I beg you! It feels great to rinse this shampoo or conditioner with cold water - so refreshing! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 21, 2017
Snagged it for just $4 during a sale. Bought the mint scent to combat scalp odor. Smells like toothpaste. The fragrance isn't as strong as I expected. After rinsing, the lingering scent is pretty underwhelming. - ki******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 1, 2017
I'm using this as a set with the shampoo. I bought it because I love the minty scent, and the packaging color is really pretty too. To be honest, even though it's a treatment and I use both the shampoo and conditioner, I'm a bit disappointed that the scent doesn't linger much after my hair dries. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2017
I loved that it was thicker and richer than regular conditioners! Because it's so thick, it was a bit difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. - ya********Combination SkinDec 5, 2016
It's a great conditioner that works well from scalp to hair tips After using it, I don't feel like my hair becomes significantly softer
