The product seems to be generally mild, and I've been using it for over half a year. I have seborrheic dermatitis, so if I use the wrong facial cleanser, my skin can get irritated, but this one has been alright. It doesn't seem to cleanse my skin thoroughly. This is so good, I definitely want to repurchase it. Most mild cleansers just create a lot of foam, but this one can cleanse light makeup like BB creams and sunscreen, and it's not irritating at all. My skin is very dry, and after cleansing, it usually feels very tight, but this doesn't cause that tightness and keeps my skin moisturized for a long time. I love it. There's nothing really bad about it. I just wish the size was bigger. I keep using it because I like the moisturized feeling after cleansing. Highly recommended for sensitive, dry skin!! It seems really mild and good. Other cleansers contain synthetic surfactants or alkaline ingredients.. I know that slightly acidic is best for the skin. I'm using the slightly acidic Sandahwa cleanser very well. It's a bit mild, but... it's worth the price. There seems to be some pore-clogging ingredients, so I had some breakouts. I won't be repurchasing.

If it's resold, the formula may become too runny and leak out easily, so be careful. Also, it tends to get stuck on the lid, and the cleansing power is not very strong
