First off, it's quite pricey for the amount you get. I bought it because I generally trust and like Kiehl's products.

After using it for a while, I have an update. At first, it seemed fine, but suddenly, at some point, I started feeling a tingling sensation as soon as I applied the cream - or even just when I put it on my skin.

After applying it fully, my skin would turn red. It seems this product doesn't suit my skin type.

This cream has an interesting texture - it's solid like a balm, but still creamy. Whether you like this or not is really a matter of personal preference.

Compared to typical balms, it applies smoothly and absorbs well into the skin.

I bought it at a physical store and the staff were very friendly.
