Whether you like this or not is really a matter of personal preference. Compared to typical balms, it applies smoothly and absorbs well into the skin. I bought it at a physical store and the staff were very friendly. I'll need to use it a bit longer to fully assess its effectiveness. First off, it's quite pricey for the amount you get. I bought it because I generally trust and like Kiehl's products. After using it for a while, I have an update. At first, it seemed fine, but suddenly, at some point, I started feeling a tingling sensation as soon as I applied the cream - or even just when I put it on my skin. As someone with super sensitive skin, I often get red rashes around my eyes when using the wrong cream. However, this one applied smoothly without any irritation. The rich texture spread evenly and left my skin feeling hydrated. I didn't really notice any significant wrinkle reduction. The texture is refreshing and I love that it's fragrance-free. It seems like an eye cream that's perfect for light, long-term use. It absorbs well and doesn't cause any blemishes or itching. It sinks in quickly without leaving any residue on the skin. Despite being a functional product, it doesn't seem to have any effect even on fine lines. The texture is quite buttery, so I bought it as a winter moisturizer for when my skin feels dry. If you apply even a little too much, it causes tiny bumps under the eyes. It feels firm and moisturizing when applied, and seems to help prevent wrinkles It doesn't absorb well and tends to clump. Sometimes I wake up and it's still clumped on my skin Gently massaging it with your fingertips helps it absorb better
