• Creates a smooth, glass-like lip appearance as if your lips are coated! • Keeps lips moisturized without needing to apply lip balm separately. • The color is truly beautiful. I believe this product was co-created with YouTuber Heeju, and it gives a perfectly natural yet pretty lip color. • It seems to be a limited edition... Unfortunately, it's been discontinued! • There's a slightly sticky feeling to it. - bo******Dry SkinDec 24, 2019
Complexion: Cool-toned Color payoff: Very good Longevity: Moderate Although it's called 'Youth Red', it's more of a dried rose shade with a hint of coral rather than a true red. The color is absolutely gorgeous! The packaging is also beautiful! That's the best part! It applies moistly at first, but over time it settles into a matte finish. The staying power is so weak it can hardly be called a tint. There's an excessive amount of product that overflows at the case opening, which is quite frustrating. Apply lip balm first, then layer this on top, blending from the inside out for a gradient effect. The result is stunningly beautiful! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 20, 2019
As a Bobbi Brown enthusiast, I can't even count how many of their lip products I own. That's how captivating their beautiful shades are - I always end up buying in bulk when I go shopping. I remember rushing to buy this product when I heard it was a limited edition during a brief visit to the store. I purchased it duty-free, so I'm not sure if it's available in department stores. The case, or rather the applicator handle, is different from the original Crushed Liquid Lip, and that alone made such a significant difference that I bought it despite already owning two! The color is a coral with a slight pink tinge, but it's not too bright - it's slightly muted, so it doesn't look tacky or sickly. I found this Crushed Liquid Lip product incredibly useful when my lips were so chapped they were about to split, and I didn't have any lip balm. Just knowing it was a liquid formula, and seeing how thick it looked when I first opened it, I thought it would be very moisturizing. When I applied it, it really was incredibly rich and hydrating - just like a lip balm! It's similar to a lip balm Bobbi Brown released a while back. A key feature of this product is the applicator, shaped like a shoe heel, which catches on the product opening, making it super easy to control the amount. It's also more hydrating and has stronger color payoff than the original Crushed solid lipstick. There's a wide range of colors too. Personally, I found Mango Mood, Cool Red, Big Apple, and Cherry Crush to be the prettiest shades. When I went duty-free shopping, I heard Oat Cocoa was popular, but when I tried it on, it made my lips look ashy, so I left it behind - it was extremely dull. Since it's a liquid formula, if you apply it too far inside your lips, it can get on your teeth. It transfers a lot, so when you smile, it might surprise the person you're talking to. If you apply just a little and gently press your lips together, you can achieve a nice gradient effect. - po*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 26, 2019
I got the Deep Undertone shade 22. The texture feels delightfully plump as it glides on the lips. The case is sturdy and looks luxurious, which I love. To me, it's like an elegant lip color that's 85% pink and 15% red. As soon as I applied it, I thought it looked like the kind of sophisticated makeup that TV announcers might wear on air. Everything's great except for the staying power, which is terrible. It transfers way too easily. It sticks to your teeth like crazy, and if you apply it carelessly, there's a 100% chance it'll look ridiculous. You really need to apply it carefully while looking in a mirror. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 3, 2019
#Application Glides on smoothly with a delightful tacky feel that seems to adhere perfectly to the lips #Color It's a pink-tinted red, leaning more towards pink. A shade that likely suits all complexions, though those with very warm undertones might want to be cautious! #Longevity & Staining Doesn't leave much of a stain and the staying power is decent! However, after eating, it tends to wear off unevenly, leaving just the lip line which can look a bit messy... #Scent Has a subtle fragrance that's neither overpowering nor off-putting! Once applied to the lips, the scent is barely noticeable While I don't have any major complaints, it might feel slightly matte and a tad drying during winter!
