I have combination sensitive skin that's oily yet extremely dry in some areas. The biggest advantage, true to its name, is the coverage, which I think leads to excellent adherence and longevity. It doesn't break down as much as I expected - it really holds up well! (Even around the nose, it just fades without leaving any dark patches, which is great). It didn't cause any blemishes or skin irritation like rashes. The scent is floral? It has that typical cosmetic smell. The downside is that I used 02 Sand, but it came out as a really unflattering color on my skin (a dull orange-ish tone..?). The limited color range, the thick application that settles into wrinkles, and the poor pore coverage are the main drawbacks. It's no wonder this product might be discontinued. - hi*****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 25, 2023
I love how it's moisturizing and has just the right amount of coverage. I snagged it at a great price during a sale. For those with dry skin, the moist version might be a better choice. This one is just okay. - 4g********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 17, 2023
Natural-looking finish Semi-matte texture Doesn't cause blemishes at all! Shade 22 Sand 2 is a perfect match Can darken the skin Highlights skin texture issues, uneven surfaces, or wrinkles if your skin isn't smooth - ro*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2023
- Both the moist cushion and cover cushion have impressive staying power - Covers pores well even with a quick application - With minimal product, it truly makes your skin look flawless - Despite being a cover cushion, it doesn't feel matte if you prep your skin well - Conceals most blemishes effectively - The fragrance is absolutely delightful - The slim case makes it perfect for on-the-go Will definitely repurchase - Wish they offered slightly lighter shades - The case durability is disappointing. While the magnetic closure is convenient and the design is pretty, it's disheartening to see the exterior deteriorate after a few months of use - Product amount control is absolutely crucial (the formula can break down if you apply too much) - Pro tip: Use the bulk moisturizing sponges from Daiso (about 60 for $2?) - they help apply the product thinly for longer-lasting coverage - mi********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 9, 2023
This cushion truly delivers a beautiful skin finish. It's the first time I've experienced such incredible hydration and adherence in a cushion. I tested it at Sephora and bought it on the spot - a first for me! It feels slightly oily and rich, but that makes it perfect for winter use I recommend it. Give it a try - wn******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 24, 2022
The texture is perfect for a semi-matte finish without any cakiness. Even after wearing it for hours, it doesn't get too oily. The color is just right, so you don't end up looking like you've caked on makeup. If you moisturize well beforehand, it's ideal even for winter use. However, I deducted one star because the pore-clogging ingredients caused inflammatory acne to appear on the same day I applied it. - rl**********Combination SkinRecommendedDec 22, 2022
I'm on my third refill! I love how it naturally fades throughout the day. The scent is a bit strong for me, giving me a slight headache, but it's manageable. Keep an eye out for sales on the official website to stock up! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2022
It adheres well to the skin and effectively covers pores! Plus, the packaging is so beautiful and luxurious that it lifts my mood just looking at it. It tends to transfer onto masks a bit, so it might be challenging to use during summer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2022
Huxley is absolutely amazing! It applies thinly, provides great coverage, has excellent staying power, and doesn't dry out your skin. There's no reason not to buy it. I was a bit surprised when I looked at the ingredients, as some weren't ideal, but I'm prone to blemishes and this doesn't make them worse. There aren't many downsides, but the case gets dirty quickly. It comes with a cushion pocket, but it's too tight to use comfortably. It would be great to use the case as a jewelry pouch when traveling. You can just pat it on directly, but if you feel you need to control the amount, I recommend applying it to a sponge puff, then twisting it left and right on the lid before gently patting it on. This gives an even thinner application, though it slightly reduces coverage. - zp*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 12, 2022
First, if you apply it after thorough skincare, there's minimal pilling. I bought the Sand shade while looking for #22, and I'm glad it's not too light. Also, it pairs really well with the puff. If you skimp on skincare, it can be very drying. The coverage isn't particularly outstanding. And for me, I'd get a small blemish after applying it. Seems like it doesn't quite agree with my skin.
