  MAC really knows how to nail these colors! I'm thrilled to be back to MAC. First off, when you open the case, that signature MAC chocolate scent is just divine! If you have a deep undertone, I'd recommend this even more. It's matte, but not overly drying.

  Cons

  I'm using this product without a single complaint. The only downside is that it's frequently out of stock online.

  It's a MLBB shade that matches my complexion well. I think it would have been even prettier if it had a bit more color saturation.

  First off, it's perfect as a deep undertone base. While using bright red or other high-saturation colors can make you look terribly tacky, this shade gives off a sophisticated vibe.

  Pros

  As someone with a fall muted complexion ranging from shade 13 to 17, I found this product to be perfect! I tested it before buying and knew it was the one. The color matches me beautifully, evening out my skin tone without looking unnatural. It adds a lovely vitality when applied to bare skin. Being a fall soft tone rather than deep, I wanted a natural brown that wasn't too dark, and this is exactly the shade I had in mind. I'm personally very satisfied and have been using it for a long time. (However, I wouldn't recommend this to those who prefer pink undertones.)

  Cons

  The longevity could be a bit better. While it's from the matte line, it's not as matte as a crayon, which is nice, but I notice that the more I touch up, the more it seems to emphasize dead skin cells. Also, I wouldn't recommend this for cool-toned individuals! It's best suited for those with fall-type complexions.

  Tip

  To help prevent the emphasis on dead skin cells, try exfoliating your lips a bit in the morning before applying the product!

  Pros

  Application: It applies smoothly without being too matte. It glides on and adheres well, giving that signature MAC lipstick feel. Scent: There's a slight chocolate aroma that's not overpowering. Longevity: The staying power is average. The packaging, true to MAC's style, is absolutely gorgeous.

  Cons

  First off, I was surprised by how brown the color was. While I'd recommend it for deep autumn warm tones or semi-cool tones, it's not ideal for those with a deep undertone like mine. It's pretty, but it tends to dull my complexion. The longevity isn't great, and as you reapply, it doesn't deepen the brown but starts to show pink and gray undertones, making the color look odd. Trying to maintain the brown tone means using more product, which disappears quickly. I can't really recommend this lipstick. If you want to mix it with other lip colors, it's best to use this as the base color - a deep, intense brown. It doesn't blend well with orange-red lipsticks at all.

  Pros

  The color payoff is fantastic. It creates a lovely ambiance when applied in autumn and winter. The shade is brownish... perhaps a muted bronzer tone? While MAC tends to emphasize dead skin cells and fails in hydration, this one is fairly decent.

  Cons

  There's some bleeding. Apply it very lightly, just once. The color becomes too thick if applied more than once. While the color looks similar to Lancôme, it's not as moisturizing. It has that late 90s brick color, so a lip liner is necessary.

  Tip

  It looks pretty with one application, but becomes tacky if layered multiple times. The color can make you look a bit older, so it's best to blend it. Younger folks might be called 'ma'am' if they wear it alone.

  My friends were concerned when they saw the color swatch, but they bought it as a birthday gift. When they saw it on me, they said it was a perfect match! Highly recommended for deep undertones.

  Cons

  Layering it on can make it look too dull, and sometimes when worn alone, it seems to lack vitality.

  Tip

  MAC Taupe + MAC Chili are great matches for deep undertones.
