The shade is a versatile neutral that suits both warm and cool undertones, making it easy to choose. The case is adorably pretty with a festive end-of-year vibe. This particular shade tends to emphasize dead skin cells more than others, so I reach for it less often. Among shades 2, 4, and 7, I initially used 4 a lot, but due to the dead skin cell issue, I now mainly use 2 and 7. The color is a bit dark, but it looks naturally beautiful. It's photogenic, so I bought another one, but the color of the second one wasn't as nice. Let me tell you why I looked up this product on Hwahae. When I apply just this, my lips feel tingly. It's a strange sensation - tingly and swollen, almost like insects crawling on my lips. The color isn't exceptionally pretty, and the price isn't particularly cheap either. First off, it feels moisturizing on the inside but leaves a velvety finish on the outside! After a few minutes, there's no transfer at all. The staying power is incredible - even after eating, the color stays put, making it look like it hasn't budged at all. When blending, you need to work a bit faster compared to other products. Since it stains quickly, if you don't blend swiftly, you might end up with visible edges. This product looks even more beautiful when paired with shade #5. This particular color will look especially stunning on cool-toned skin! Also, after application, there might be some transfer on the inner part of your lips. Shade 7 'Scenario' I've been using this for a long time and wanted to leave a review. Above all, it applies smoothly and has great color payoff. Shade 7 'Scenario' looks great even on a bare face without makeup. I previously bought Shade 1 'Red Carpet' thinking the color would suit me well, but it didn't match my complexion. It might have been my skin tone, but the color felt different from what was shown on the website, making it seem unsuitable. It gives a lovely pink tint, so I highly recommend it for cool-toned skin types. Though it can emphasize dead skin cells, I used it daily for about 5 months and finished the whole thing! It tends to highlight dead skin cells quite a bit, and the scent isn't great. Plus, the volume is small - it's actually smaller than you might expect, I thought they sent me the wrong product at first. Pro tip: Apply lip balm, wipe it off, then apply this product. It almost completely eliminates any visible dead skin cells on your lips.

I have dry lips and thought a velvet lip product would make them even drier, but it's surprisingly moisturizing. It feels comfortable even after wearing it for a while, leaving a soft, matte finish. The transfer and smudging are quite severe. It seems like it never fully sets. I used shade 2 Spotlight, and I'm really impressed. It applies smoothly, has a lovely scent, and the staying power is great. There's no accentuation of dead skin cells, no dryness, and no 'yogurt effect'. The color payoff is vibrant - it's a bold red-orange that really brightens up my complexion. The packaging is beautiful too. I got so many compliments saying I look pretty with this on. Best of all, I snagged it at a great price during a sale! It does transfer a bit as time goes on. After eating, it doesn't completely disappear, but the color changes to more of a cherry pink. The color matches me perfectly and looks absolutely gorgeous! If you apply it and let it dry well, it doesn't come off easily and has great staying power! I highly recommend it! When I first opened it and applied it, the scent and taste(?) were a bit off-putting, but that was only at the beginning! Also, occasionally a yellowish color comes out mixed in. It's much prettier if you remove some dead skin cells from your lips before applying. When reapplying, it looks better if you completely remove the previous layer first. And if you let it dry for about 10 minutes without doing anything, the staying power is amazing!
