Even though the ingredients are great, the cream melts and turns into oil, and when I massage it in, it seems to cause breakouts. My face was fine after applying the cream and massaging with a washcloth, then rinsing it off, but after massaging my neck and shoulders without rinsing the cream, I broke out in hives the next day and suffered for 3 days. 🥲

Tip

For those with sensitive skin, I recommend wiping off the massage cream with a tissue after massaging, and then thoroughly washing with soap!

I bought this to use with the galvanic device. I've tried using it both with the galvanic device and on its own, and when used on its own, it's similar to using a cleansing oil. When used with the galvanic device, it really helps draw out a lot of impurities and leaves my skin feeling very clean. I decided to purchase this because I like the ingredients better compared to other cleansing massage creams.

Cons

The scent is the biggest downside ;; It has a nutty, grain-like aroma that reminds me personally of soybean oil, which I'm not a big fan of.

The cleansing foam, oil, and water I used previously all had a noticeable amount of sebum granules that got caught on my fingers during massaging, and this product was clearly the best among them. When I cut back on double cleansing in my routine and just rinsed this product with water, I hardly felt any residue left behind.

As for blackheads... well, I didn't see any dramatic effects. It has a slight milky vetch aroma, which is a bit heavy. I had to massage for over 10 minutes before I could really feel the sebum being removed.

Tip

When applying, if you use about the amount shown in the second photo, it'll seem like a lot. But if you wait about 5 minutes, it'll turn into the transparent oil shown in the third photo. This is truly a cream I want to keep to myself. It's a pore heaven for my combination skin - it's moisturizing, makes my skin texture soft and smooth, brightens, and absorbs oil very well. 100% repurchase intent.

Cons

It takes over 5 minutes for the cream to emulsify after application. Is it because I'm using too much cream? There's literally no other downside.

Tip
