It's thinner than other products, making it great for portability. The mesh net allows for more even application compared to a sponge, and you can spread a small amount over a larger area. The water drop-shaped puff lets you apply it meticulously, even around the nose. Some say the scent is strong, but it's similar to what I've been using, so I don't find it overpowering. The coverage is practically non-existent. Zero... Coverage... Goodbye............ Due to the lack of coverage, touch-ups don't even show. The foundation distributes evenly on the puff through the mesh, and it feels slightly cool when applied. The color looks natural on the skin. The fragrance is overpowering, and due to the powder content, it sets quickly, requiring swift application. It tends to cake when touching up. Surprisingly, despite containing five potentially irritating ingredients, it didn't cause any blemishes on my sensitive skin. Even though it's shade 23, the color is light, giving a radiant look. The finish is powdery, so there's no stickiness. The packaging is pretty. It's disappointing that it only feels cool when first applied, not living up to its 'cool cushion' claim. The coverage isn't particularly good. By afternoon, it tends to clump around the nose area. This cushion applies lightly and finishes with a soft, matte feel. After searching high and low, I decided to try this new release from Lirikos, thinking I had nothing to lose. I'm absolutely thrilled with it! First off, the case is beautiful and thinner than typical cushions, making it highly portable. It has a unique structure compared to standard cushions, but it applies well and provides decent medium-to-high coverage. What I love most is how lightweight it feels. It's much less likely to settle into pores around the nose. I've been looking for a cushion with a finish similar to Lancôme Teint Idole, and this comes very close. Using them together is perfect. Of course, it's not midsummer yet, so performance might change then, but as someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect cushion, I'm completely satisfied! It may not apply smoothly if your skin is flaky or very dry, but that's true for all makeup! Make sure to have a solid skincare routine as your base.
