Bought this on a staff recommendation. It really does a great job of clearing out pores and removing blackheads. This one product takes care of all my cleansing needs. Rinses off easily with water. The reason I deducted one star is that while it's great in every aspect and nearly perfect, for some unknown reason, around that time I developed clogged pores, like tiny bumps and skin tags, around my chin, cheeks, and between my eyebrows. Though it could have been due to other factors. That day I ended up spending hundreds at the dermatologist, and feeling uneasy about it, I stopped using the product afterward. I've been using this for years and absolutely love it! No need for separate exfoliation... My blackheads have almost disappeared too. It's so convenient and effective to have exfoliation and cleansing in one product. There's not really anything bad... If I had to mention one thing, it's a bit messy when pumping as it sometimes runs down the bottle, which can be annoying. Wash your hands thoroughly, then pump 3-4 times and gently massage it onto your face in circular motions. Rinse your hands with lukewarm water, then massage your face again in circles. Finally, rinse everything off with lukewarm water and you're done!
