It's slightly tacky and feels like it's creating a protective layer, which was unexpected at first. Despite being just mugwort extract, it provides surprisingly good hydration. Those with oily skin might find it a bit sticky or rich, as it's not a completely watery formula. One great thing about this mist is that it doesn't sting my eyes, unlike many other products. The packaging is also a pleasant surprise - I thought it would be a harsh spray, but it's actually a gentle, fine mist. I love it! I'll definitely keep using this bottle and won't throw it away.
