The fragrance is pleasant. Personally, I like this more than Johnson's Violet Lotion. I had to apply it around my eyes, so I tried both this and the violet one. At first, there was a slight stinging or tingling sensation, so I thought it might have some chemical ingredients. But after 20-30 seconds, there was no irritation and it felt fine. (Since it's soft and light, it seems to absorb into the skin quickly around the eyes without dripping down.) Compared to other moisturizers and cosmetics that can feel irritating or uncomfortable around the eyes, this seems gentler and milder. (Even though the ingredient list has some less desirable components, it's surprisingly...)
Cons
Even though I'm not particularly dry-skinned and don't like a sticky feel, when I use this, the moisture level seems too low. The difference before and after application is not very significant... I wish there was a product with a bit more moisturizing power. I suppose since it's for babies, it's formulated to be lightweight. If you want something more hydrating, it might be better to get a different product.
