When applying it to my hair, I wondered, 'Is this really making it softer?' But after rinsing it out in the shower, I thought, 'Oh... it actually does make my hair softer!' It's that kind of product! The price is a bit high, and it seems to run out quickly. This is surprising considering I even have short hair!
