The redness subsides very quickly right after application. It's easy to spread evenly as it's not too thick.

It spreads a lot. It spreads like an eraser stain...haha It spreads even with just a light touch... While the spreading is understandable, after applying it and waiting 3-4 hours, my whole face becomes red, itchy, and stinging. I cleansed it with a cleansing foam and applied my usual moisturizer, and the itchiness went away.... Ah, it's just that my skin is sensitive.... I can't blame anyone but myself.... It has a chewy and moisturizing texture, so even on dry days, applying it all over the face and sleeping with it on can noticeably reduce acne scars and pigmentation the next day.

At first, the reddened areas were clearly visible after application, so I applied it every evening after skincare. And the thicker I applied it, the more the acne subsided, which was great.

My skin has some acne scars and small bumps on my cheeks. I bought this Spot Balm because it can help reduce redness and also provide some moisture to my cheeks, which are drier than other areas. It spreads well without feeling too thick, and when I apply it to the dry areas, it helps replenish some moisture so my skin doesn't feel as dry.
Cons
For about 3-4 days, I didn't realize it, but suddenly my skin became itchy. It wasn't acne or pimples, but the area where I applied the cream turned red, itchy, and inflamed... It just kept getting worse, so in the end I applied the steroid ointment that was previously prescribed to me by the dermatologist, and that helped. I frequently used Dr.Jart+ cleansing foam and moisturizer while in the military, and I thought they were good brands. After being discharged, for some reason, my skin went haywire - it was producing too much oil, yet feeling dry inside. Most importantly, no matter what I used, I would break out in acne. I've just been using toner, but even that sometimes causes my skin to react and explode, and then it gets better for a while before exploding again. Now, my face is covered in red acne scars, and I've also developed seborrheic dermatitis... I still haven't found the right moisturizer.
