It provides good moisture. A lot of people use it as a stretch mark cream, but I've just been using it instead of a body lotion. Haha I'm doing zero waste, and I'm satisfied because the moisture is good and the scent is nice. It's great that there's no plastic waste. When I first bought this, my fingertips were all cracked and crazy, but after using this, it's calmed down. Even if your heels don't get moisture, they can crack, but when I use this, that doesn't really happen.

Cons
