It's not sticky and feels moisturizing. The transparent formula is perfect for daily use. When applying in the morning, you need to use just a small amount due to its absorption rate. - pe*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 21, 2020
I got a sample of this and gave it a try. When applied over the brown bottle, the hydration lasts for a long time. The scent is pleasant, and it absorbs well, so I've been using it daily. I'm quite satisfied. The disappointing aspect is the ingredients. It's surprising that there are 7 unfavorable ingredients... That's excessive. It makes me wonder if I should continue using it knowing this. It pairs well with the brown bottle. After applying the brown bottle, followed by this cream, and then using a rubber mask, my skin feels incredibly hydrated. The moisture is retained even until the next day. - so******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessMay 29, 2019
The moisture bursts when handling, making it wonderfully hydrating with a pleasant cooling effect. It's not sticky at all and absorbs quickly. The hydration feels really fresh, perfect for summer. After absorption, it provides moisturizing power almost at the level of a gel cream. For dry skin, the hydration is quite insufficient. It leaves the skin feeling dehydrated deep down. Especially with foreign brands, I've noticed many still have less-than-ideal ingredients. Oh no... on the second day of use, my skin reacted badly. My entire face became bumpy and textured. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 25, 2019
I received a sample of this at a department store and absolutely love it! True to its name 'Soufflé Cream', it has a soft, pillowy, and hydrating texture. It feels more like an emulsion than a cream, but with a bit more bounce to it. When applied to the face, it absorbs quickly, leaving a moisturized feeling as if you've generously spritzed on a face mist. Gently patting it in leaves a refreshing finish. It's deeply hydrating without any stickiness, so even my husband doesn't mind when I apply it to his face. Although I've only used it for 3 days, I have sensitive skin and have been out in the sun a lot, yet it seems gentle and non-irritating. While it seems perfect for summer and I was instantly smitten when I came across it on Hwahae, as expected from Estée Lauder... the ingredients aren't particularly impressive. The ingredient list makes me hesitant to purchase (since there are many gentle, hydrating moisturizers out there). (Assuming you're not concerned about the ingredients) After applying this, if you follow up with the sunscreen from the same line, your skin feels incredibly hydrated and fresh! - gl******Dry SkinRecommendedMay 24, 2019
This feels like a true skincare revolution! Even when I layer essence, light oil, and moisturizer, my skin still feels dry. But this cream alone seems to do the trick! It applies so lightly, and though it's a cream, it feels more like a hydrating essence or emulsion after application. For extremely dry skin like mine, this essence and cream combo might be all you need. The hydration lasts incredibly long, and the scent is subtle and pleasant. While my usual routine would leave me feeling dry after 30 minutes, this keeps me moisturized until my next cleanse. It's not greasy at all - it's like my skin is fully saturated with hydration, without any stickiness. It's perfect for summer too, not heavy at all! For makeup application, it creates such a hydrated base that you don't need any other moisturizing products. It prevents makeup from pilling or emphasizing dead skin cells. Your makeup adheres beautifully overall. When you apply it as shown in the photo, little water droplets appear. Just pat them in gently for absorption. After a week of use, I can definitely see an improvement in my skin texture. My once dry and tight skin has become softer, and both my complexion and texture have visibly improved. To be honest, I can't think of any downsides. I didn't break out while using it. However, it does contain fermented ingredients, which might not suit everyone. If you've had bad reactions to fermented ingredients before, I'd recommend testing it in-store first. You probably don't need to buy the emulsion from the same line as a set, especially for summer use. Using both together might feel a bit heavy in the warmer months.
