Well... it's just a cream. There wasn't anything particularly good about it, unfortunately... If you apply it around the philtrum, especially near the lips, it feels numbing. If you need a numbing cream, this might do the trick! - ha********Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 29, 2021
1. Size - This is almost the only advantage... However, even that seems less significant nowadays, as many brands are offering larger sizes or samples at lower prices, making you wonder if it's really worth it. 1. Fragrance - There's a strong scent that can cause headaches, and I found out it actually contains fragrance. Instead of a herbal black tea aroma as the name suggests, it smells more like an overpowering fabric softener that really stings your nose. 2. Irritating (causes blemishes) - Some people describe this as a cooling effect, but I think there's a difference between a soothing effect that gradually lowers skin temperature and an irritation that causes a stinging sensation and rapidly drops skin temperature. The Heimish product is definitely the latter. Especially if you have super sensitive skin, absolutely avoid using this. 3. Wash-off? - Shouldn't a wash-off mask rinse off easily with water? It absolutely doesn't wash off with water alone... When I tried to cleanse with just water, it left a sticky, oily film that made my skin feel itchy. I ended up having to do a second cleanse with a foam cleanser. Nothing to add. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 2, 2019
This is my second time using it after receiving it as a gift from a friend. I love how smoothly it applies! As for the effects... well... I'll need to use it a bit more before I can say for sure. I have super sensitive skin, and when I checked the ingredients, I noticed it contains preservatives that can have a numbing effect when absorbed. Sure enough, it feels like my upper lip area is being anesthetized! It stings and feels tingly. I don't think this works well for sensitive skin types. When it starts to sting after application, I just rinse it off! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2019
It has a cooling effect. It was generally okay, but... I'm not sure if it was because of this, but I stopped using it when I got a pustule on my chin. The ingredients are disappointing. Dimethicone... My face gets itchy... This product causes blemishes for me unfortunately. It might be fine if you avoid using it on sensitive areas.
