Unlike the gel-type exfoliators you often see, these individual packets made them super convenient to use. While you could use these exfoliating pads to remove makeup, they're really best for tackling dead skin cells and cleaning out pores when you're bare-faced. These pads work like a gentle scrub, and you can actually see the dead skin coming off! But be careful not to rub too hard, or you might end up with a burning sensation on your face. I have combination dehydrated skin that leans slightly dry, and I had no issues using these. They were fine even with my occasional blemishes. I snagged these on a buy-one-get-one deal at Lala*, and they weren't too pricey. I'd say they're pretty good value for money.
ConsI didn't have any problems using the product. However, it would be great if they included some usage precautions. You wouldn't want someone to accidentally irritate their skin by rubbing too hard!
TipAfter using these pads, I always follow up with a generous layer of toner and emulsion, plus a little bit of facial oil.
