It's not overly rich, so you can apply generously without feeling greasy. It's especially nice to use liberally before bed. The spray function is really poor... It's not a fine mist at all, more like a garden sprayer! It's probably the worst spray mechanism I've experienced in a mist product. While it might work for targeted areas, it's not ideal for the face. Highly recommended for dry skin types. I used the 150ml size. You can really feel your skin becoming more hydrated. It's great to spritz on when your skin feels parched. I didn't experience any particular downsides. It didn't seem to cause any blemishes when I used it (and I have super sensitive skin). Shake well before spraying.
