  I think this is a truly moisturizing toner. Those with dry skin would likely benefit from using it daily. With just this toner, your skin can even start to glow.

  Cons

  Since I don't like rich formulas, I feel like there's an oily residue left on my skin... It has a rather rich moisturizing feel for me... And if I apply this before makeup, it will definitely cause pilling.
