First, it's a water-type toner, but it has a slightly oily feel to it. I prefer a refreshing water-type toner, but since I have dry skin, the water-type toners tend to dry out quickly, leaving me feeling dry. However, this toner has a slightly more oily feel compared to regular water-type toners, so I felt it was more moisturizing. And compared to water-type toners, the absorption is very good. The toner I used before was also a water-type, and it took a while to absorb, which was annoying. But this one has good absorption, so I was satisfied. I bought it on sale and I think it would be good for people like me who have a dry skin type! All the toners I've used so far have been too drying, but this product from Eezntree and this one don't have that feeling at all. If Eezntree is 'moisturizing + moisturizing', this one is 'moisturizing + oily'. I think this would be better to use in the fall and winter. I think I'll keep using this product. You must try it. It's a toner that really sets in. I've used three bottles and it's been quite decent, but this item has a unique moisturizing power and plumpness that makes me reach for it. It's a watery toner with a viscosity of 0, but when you pat it onto your face, it instantly quenches dryness, and after applying it twice and then a lotion, you won't even need a cream because your skin will be so replenished with moisture and oil.
