It smells just like shampoo! I love it! It rinses out easily, which is great! Oh... I thought the shampoo ingredients weren't too bad, but what's this? Five different parabens? That's ridiculous. Just don't use it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 15, 2018
It's nice for light use, similar to a rinse-out conditioner. It's more like a basic rinse than a true conditioner. As someone who just downloaded the Hwahae app and started researching Nu Skin products, I'm shocked by the number of potentially harmful ingredients. I wonder if other cosmetics have this many questionable components too. I'll have to look into it. Won't repurchase - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 4, 2017
I've been using it for over a year, but honestly, there was absolutely no improvement in my hair texture. My hair gets greasy really quickly. Even when I washed it in the morning, people often asked if I hadn't washed my hair. I wouldn't recommend using this product. - Hwahae UserOily SkinOct 2, 2016
I've been consistently using this product since it was released due to its good ingredients. I'm writing this review because I'm truly dumbfounded. 'All of the good, none of the bad'? They claimed it was their company policy to have no harmful ingredients, but even products from roadshop brands or unknown companies probably have better ingredients than this. I'm furious about the time and money I've wasted, and the garbage ingredients that might have accumulated in my body, all because I trusted their claims about using good ingredients that absorb into the scalp. I wonder what basis they have for making such claims while selling this. The best tip is not to use it at all. If anyone says they're going to buy it, I'd like to print out this ingredient list on a full sheet and show it to them. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 31, 2015
There's absolutely nothing good to say about this product. I trusted the ingredients, but the quantity is way too small for the price. I used Nu Skin shampoo and conditioner for over three years, from before my pregnancy until now, believing they were free of harmful ingredients. I feel completely betrayed! Despite the high price and small quantity, I used it thinking it was a good shampoo with quality ingredients, especially considering my baby. To find out it contains allergen-inducing components is incredibly upsetting! Not just the shampoo and conditioner, but it's hard to find any Nu Skin product that isn't packed with problematic ingredients. I'm thoroughly disappointed. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 8, 2015
There's really nothing good to say about it. Honestly, nothing at all. Using this shampoo leaves my hair feeling like wire. It doesn't even make it particularly soft, despite claims. It's overpriced for the amount you get. Leaves hair completely stiff. The seller claims it's harmless, but with so many harsh ingredients, you'd think it would at least make your hair soft. It's disappointing. We should always evaluate and analyze products ourselves rather than blindly believing what others say.
