  Pros

  It controls oiliness better than expected and adds a natural volume to the hair. I usually wash my hair in the evening and use dry shampoo in the morning before going out. I was looking for a product with some hydration, so I did some research and found this. It's surprisingly quite good. The scent is like lemonade, which isn't unpleasant. As I use it more, I find the fresh fragrance quite enjoyable.

  Cons

  The quantity is small compared to the price. They don't offer discounts often. It would be nice if there were more variety in fragrances.

  Tip

  I use dry shampoo in the morning, and then carry this with me to spritz lightly throughout the day. It works really well this way.

  Pros

  I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of The Hwahae Testers to try this product! I thought Citrusly would have a general citrus scent, but it turned out to be a refreshingly zesty lemon fragrance. There was a noticeable difference between using it and not using it! Perhaps due to the powder particles, my scalp didn't get as oily as usual, and my hair felt incredibly soft and smooth.

  Cons

  Since the scent wasn't the citrus blend I expected but more of a lemon fragrance, if I were to purchase it again, I might choose a different scent. However, I'd definitely recommend Citrusly for those who love a lemon scent!

  Tip

  Before use, make sure to shake the bottle well to mix the contents, then spray it on your scalp and the ends of your hair.

  The Hwahae Testers Review: This product requires shaking before use due to the white powder settling at the bottom. It's less powdery than dry shampoo and has a subtle effect. However, it does seem to absorb light oiliness to some extent. The scent is an intensely vibrant orange fragrance. I liked that it also helps control scalp odor. The spray power is decent. Often with powder mist products, continued use leads to powder clogging the nozzle, but so far this hasn't been an issue.

It's much more effective at managing excess oil than I expected, so I've listed this as the first advantage. 2. Ingredients It's free from 20 potentially concerning ingredients. Despite having no added fragrance, it has a refreshing scent. As someone prone to scalp irritation, I appreciate that it's gentle and non-irritating. 3. Scent This is my first time trying a citrus-scented hair product. It has a fresh orange or tangerine aroma, perfect for summer use. Some scents can be overwhelming in hot weather, but this one is just right for the season. 4. Easy Application Unlike dry shampoos, there's no need to brush out powder clumps. Simply spray and lightly tousle your hair - no mirror needed! It's convenient to keep in your bag and spritz on your bangs or crown when oil builds up throughout the day.

Even if not a fine mist, a more focused and consistent spray would make it easier to use. 2. Price At 24,000 won for 100ml, it's not exactly budget-friendly. While one bottle should last a while, I wish it were a bit more affordable or offered on sale. 3. Design The packaging design isn't very sophisticated. The bottle is somewhat bulky. It would be much better with a sleeker design and a fine mist spray, like dry shampoos or hair mists. 4. Scent Longevity Despite being a hair perfume, the scent doesn't last long. Initially, 3-4 sprays give off a strong, ginger-like aroma, but this intense scent fades quickly to a subtle fragrance, eventually only detectable when touching your hair. Despite these drawbacks, its effectiveness in controlling oil while using good ingredients outweighs the cons. I'm personally interested in purchasing, so I give it 5 stars.

  * The Hwahae Testers review First off, I've only ever used oil-absorbing powder to combat greasy hair. Come summer, when my hair gets oily, I was looking into dry shampoos when I got selected to test this product. After using it for over a week since receiving it, here's my honest review:) I wear a hat at work, so after my shift, I spray it 3-4 times evenly throughout my hair. It does a pretty good job of reducing that greasy feel when you touch it. The hat-flattened hair even regains some volume, probably because the oil is absorbed. While it doesn't make your hair look freshly washed, it definitely removes the oiliness and makes it feel lighter. You can visibly see it return to a more powdery texture. - I have super sensitive skin that breaks out easily, but I didn't experience any blemishes after using this product. Still, I tried my best to avoid spraying it on my face! - When I used oil-absorbing powder, the white residue was annoying, but this doesn't leave any white cast, which is convenient! However, the spray distribution isn't the best. Some areas get more product than others.

  Cons

  I'm usually sensitive to scents and get nauseous, so this fragrance felt quite strong to me. I couldn't spray more than 2-3 times because the scent became overwhelming. But it fades significantly within an hour, so using just a little was fine. The citrusy scent is supposed to help reduce stress, so I'm trying to think positively about it... haha - If you're looking for a product that doubles as a perfume, you might be disappointed that the scent fades quickly. ✨While the fragrance was challenging for me, I'd still recommend this product based on its effectiveness alone!

  Here's a review from The Hwahae Testers~ I used it after not washing my hair for a full 2 days. Since I have naturally dry hair, it wasn't excessively oily. I sprayed it lightly from a distance and tapped it in, repeating this process a few times. I could feel my hair becoming fresh and clean. Surprisingly, the scent had quite a long-lasting power.

  Cons

  The fragrance is... well, personally, I found it rather old-fashioned. It smells like a mix of sweet orange and tangerine... It wasn't the citrus scent I was hoping for at all. To make matters worse, the scent lingers, so I kept getting whiffs of it from my hair. The spray isn't a fine mist, so it tends to concentrate in one spot. If you want to cover your whole head, you need to spend quite a bit of time spraying here and there.

  As someone with very fine, oily hair, I had high hopes for this product and I wasn't disappointed! I tried it one afternoon when my hair started getting greasy at work. The scent is refreshing, and shortly after spraying, you can feel your hair becoming lighter and fresher. When you run your hands through your hair, it feels like you've applied a spray-on powder. My roots usually look flat due to oiliness, but after using this, they look alive and voluminous! This product effectively tackles both hair odor and oiliness in one go. The container is also conveniently sized for carrying around.

  Unfortunately, it made my scalp incredibly itchy after use! As someone with oily hair, I thought this product was revolutionary in many ways, and I really wanted to keep using it because of all its benefits. However, I had to give up due to the itching. At first, I wasn't sure if it was caused by this product, but about an hour or two after applying it, my scalp would start itching like crazy. I even embarrassed myself by constantly scratching my head when I met up with a friend after using this. Because of this issue, I don't think I'll be repurchasing it.

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers! For the authentic experience of a powdery hair perfume, I deliberately let my hair get greasy and tangled for about 3 days... haha! I stayed at home with no plans, enduring the heat just to test this out! The results were worth it! The scent is absolutely my cup of tea. As someone who adores citrus fragrances, I'm in love with how it's brimming with orange notes! Unlike regular dry shampoos, this sprays on with a bit of moisture. After rubbing it in, your hair quickly becomes fresh and bouncy. One thing I really appreciate is the clear container. With other dry shampoos in opaque cans, it's hard to see how much is left or if it's well-mixed. But with this, you can easily check both!

  Cons

  You do need to work it into your hair with your hands after spraying, which means you'll have to wash your hands afterward. The spray can be a bit uneven - if you accidentally apply too much in one spot, it can get quite damp.

  Tip

  When I use hair perfume, I always apply it first thing before doing anything else. I spray it on, wash my hands, and then move on to the rest of my routine. This would be perfect to carry around on a sweltering summer day - just pop into a restroom for a quick refresh!
