I've been using this toner consistently since I was young. As someone who dislikes heavy skincare routines, I love that it's not heavy even when I apply a moisturizer on top during summer. The subtle fragrance is also quite pleasant. To be honest, I adore this toner, so there's not much I dislike about it. This toner seems to be lightweight and offers good value for money. It's gentle, so I haven't experienced any blemishes. It doesn't seem particularly exceptional in terms of hydration. Given its affordability, it might be more suitable for young students or men looking for a basic option.

The moisturizing power is beyond what you'd expect from such a lightweight texture. There's not much to complain about. If anything, the packaging could be a bit more attractive.

I've been using this since high school because I find it gentle on my skin. When my skin is dry, it provides just the right amount of hydration. As a man in my early 20s with combination skin and occasional cystic acne, I've been using this as my first toner-emulsion for several years now. I love its water-like texture that doesn't feel sticky at all. The downside is that it's quite lightweight, so you go through it quickly and need to repurchase often. Perfect for summer use! Unlike some toners that can sting sensitive skin, this one doesn't cause any tingling sensation at all. It feels like it absorbs instantly upon application! Perhaps because it absorbs so quickly, it can leave a slightly dry feeling after a short while. I found it's best to follow up with an emulsion right away.
