As someone with dry skin, I experienced an imbalance in my oil and moisture levels, leading to a sudden outbreak of inflamed whiteheads. Now, I'm only dealing with some pigmentation and occasional small blemishes. I tried this product as a sample from my dermatologist during acne treatment, and it was surprisingly fantastic! Being a regenerative BB cream, it applies beautifully and offers decent coverage. If you need more coverage, you can layer it on problem areas or use a concealer (I checked with Troiareuke, and they confirmed it's okay to use concealer with it!). This product is said to be better suited for dry skin compared to the purple version. It feels moisturizing when applied. The best part? Unlike other BB creams, you can wear it to bed! It even provides sun protection and seems to help reduce acne. It's like it works hard to calm your blemishes even while you sleep! Admittedly, it's said to have less coverage compared to the purple version. I haven't tried the purple one myself since I have dry skin, but that's what I've gathered from reviews. So when I'm doing a full face of makeup, I tend to add an extra layer of concealer. For everyday use, though, just the BB cream is enough! It provides a natural coverage (with a brightening effect). If you want more coverage, I'd recommend trying the purple version. Still, this one has good ingredients and doesn't seem to irritate the skin much, making it great for daily use. It doesn't cover blemishes well. The amount you get is too small for the price. I purchased this from a skincare salon. While the color isn't much different from A cream, I bought it because it was said to be more moisturizing. However, oh no! It's too dark for me. When I applied the BB cream, my face looked darker, creating a stark contrast with my lighter neck. It's advertised as a BB cream you can sleep in, so I even used it after treatments and slept with it on. Thankfully, it didn't cause any blemishes. Unfortunately, due to the color mismatch, I ended up using it solely for skin recovery. I usually use shade 21, and the A cream sample I tried matched my complexion better. I was searching for a moisturizing BB cream that wouldn't irritate my skin, and I'm glad I chose this one. It applies smoothly even with a small amount. While it has fewer harmful ingredients compared to other products, I can't help but wish it had none at all. Is it too much to ask for? The scent is lovely, and it applies smoothly like an emulsion. I love how my skin feels light, as if I've only applied basic skincare. Those with a complexion lighter than shade 21 might not see much brightening effect. Also, if you have a lot of blemishes or dark spots, you may find the coverage unsatisfactory. With its high SPF, it's perfect for quick outings. First off, I love that it doesn't transfer much onto my mask and the color isn't the typical BB cream shade I'm used to - it's so much brighter! Plus, I feel at ease using it because I trust the ingredients. The only downside is the small amount you get. But on the bright side, it makes it super convenient to carry around! The beauty salon I regularly visit uses Troiareuke products. That's where I discovered their BB cream that you can wear overnight. It truly made me realize it's an esthetic BB cream that regenerates and protects the skin. After trying it, I found it absorbs well and has a great texture. Instead of leaving an ashy cast, it brightens and gives a dewy glow, which was perfect for my dry skin. There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to pick something, it would be the price point since it's an esthetic product. However, it's quite reasonable when you buy it during sales events. I often apply BB cream with my hands, but using it with the Troiareuke Healing Puff is convenient and gives a smooth application, especially for those like me who dislike getting product on their hands. If you dampen the puff with toner before use, it improves absorption and enhances the dewy effect. After use, I clean the puff with cleansing foam, dry it well, and reuse it.
