  A generally decent product without any standout pros or cons. Note: The container is not waterproof! Pros: It's gentle and emulsifies easily, making it convenient to use. Cons: It doesn't help with pore management, and the product itself is difficult to maintain. User info: Dry skin type. Face feels tingly in the evenings even in summer due to air conditioning. Current skincare: Mineral sunscreen + basic moisturizing products. (No other cosmetics used) Previously used product: Witch's Pouch Pure Cleansing Oil (used 1-2 times a week for pore care) Purpose for using this product: Pore management (removing whiteheads), improving dryness. Usage: August 15-26, once daily, about 10 times. Review summary: Light and gentle, perfect for daily cleansing, but doesn't help with pore management. Texture: Thin, easy to apply. Doesn't drip if face is dry. Emulsification and residue: Rinses off quickly with water. Barely need to massage. Leaves a slight smooth, moisturized feeling. Post-use irritation and blemishes: No irritation or discomfort during use, immediately after, or after 10 days of use. No need for follow-up foam cleanser. Pump: Locks by turning. Very light lock mechanism, so a clip is needed for travel. Packaging: Impressed by the eco-friendly packaging - no unnecessary tape, sealed with just the shipping label and paper cushioning.

  First impression: I loved the packaging design. The ability to lock and unlock the container makes it great for travel. Secondly, it's easy to pump, and the oil has a lightweight, water-like texture that spreads beautifully on the face. Despite being an oil, it doesn't feel heavy at all. Personally, I found the application experience very satisfying. Thirdly, the scent reminds me of Earl Grey or black tea, which I absolutely adore. Overall, this product really won me over.

  Cons

  One downside is that if water gets into the nozzle overnight after use, the opening can become clogged, requiring multiple pumps to clear it. The texture is lighter than expected, so I'm unsure about its deep cleansing capabilities, especially for heavy makeup. It works well for me as I only use sunscreen daily, but I'm uncertain about its effectiveness for more intense cleansing needs.   Pros

  I love how quickly it emulsifies! It only took one or two rinses to complete the emulsification process, and there's no white residue left behind. What's more, it doesn't have that typical oily feel or scent, and the texture is nice and light, which I really appreciate. Since I'm used to using cleansing oils, I find it's great for managing blackheads. If someone uses a cleansing oil and still can't get rid of their blackheads, it's probably more about their overall skincare routine.

  Cons

  After using it and closing the cap, the next time I try to use it, the pump doesn't work smoothly at first. I have to press quite hard, which then causes too much oil to suddenly squirt out, making a bit of a mess. It seems like it might be solidifying a bit near the opening. Also, the after-feel is... well, to put it nicely, it's moisturizing, but less charitably, it leaves a bit of residue. I'm used to this feeling so I don't mind, but for someone new to cleansing oils, they might wonder if they've actually cleaned their face properly.

  Tip

  For the cleansing oil to effectively remove sebum, you should use about 5-6 pumps generously. And when you're rinsing it off at the end, make sure to splash your face with water at least 20 times.

  As my first foray into cleansing oils, I'm personally thrilled and 100% intend to repurchase and continue using it. 1. No eye irritation, unlike other cleansing oils I've tried various cleansing oils, but this one doesn't sting my eyes, making it much more comfortable to use. 2. Effective cleansing, improved skin I used to use cleansing water, but it didn't seem to cleanse properly, leading to more blemishes. Switching to this cleansing oil, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin. If you're using cleansing water and experiencing breakouts, it might be worth trying a cleansing oil. 3. Tackles blackheads and whiteheads As someone who used to rely on pore strips and dissolving nose packs, I found this cleansing oil to be a game-changer. During the emulsification process, I feel like it really helps clear out pores. The difference is visibly noticeable. 4. Eco-friendly packaging upgrade I remember using this product 2-3 years ago when it came in plastic packaging. Recently, they've switched to paper boxes, making it easier to recycle. Plus, the new design looks more sophisticated and high-end.

Travel-friendly on/off feature Even without the clip that comes with shipping, you can easily lock and unlock the cap by turning it left or right. This is one of the reasons I'm satisfied with the product. It's worry-free and convenient to carry around when traveling. 3. Usage steps Before cleansing, thoroughly wash your hands and ensure both your hands and face are dry. Dispense 3-4 pumps of the cleansing oil onto your palm and gently massage it onto your face. Take your time to cleanse thoroughly. Then, add water and massage again to emulsify the oil, which will turn white. Continue this process for at least 30 seconds. Finally, rinse off completely with water. This completes the first cleanse, follow up with a foaming cleanser for your second cleanse. (For more detailed instructions, refer to YouTube tutorials.)

  The user experience, texture, and scent were all flawless. Despite being an oil cleanser, it felt incredibly refreshing. As someone with sensitive skin who prefers unscented products, I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle, fresh citrusy scent - like lemon or tangerine. It didn't feel artificial or overpowering, just delightfully invigorating. The packaging design is thoughtful too. Unlike other oil containers that tend to leak, this one has a twist-lock mechanism for clean dispensing. What's most impressive is the formula itself. Being made with Centella oil, it doesn't feel heavy at all. I have super sensitive skin, but after several uses, I experienced no blemishes, itching, tingling, or redness whatsoever. It's light, fresh, and has excellent cleansing effectiveness. The Centella oil base even made the cleansing process feel soothing. It effortlessly removed mascara and false lashes, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. I deliberately tested it on a full face of makeup without using eye makeup remover, and it cleanly removed everything while emulsifying well.

  Cons

  If I had to nitpick, it would be the slight 'puff' sound when pumping the product out. Also, possibly due to cold weather, the oil at the nozzle seemed to solidify a bit. However, it melted easily once I started massaging it on my face. I've attached a photo for reference.

  Tip

  It's important to use this on a completely dry face. Even a little moisture will cause it to emulsify prematurely, turning milky. Make sure to massage it in thoroughly for at least 30 seconds. One of the best things about this cleanser is that you don't need a separate eye makeup remover, which is a real plus!

  The texture feels rich and concentrated, which prevents it from dripping during application - a definite plus. It's nearly fragrance-free and caused no irritation. After rinsing with water, my skin didn't feel tight or dry. Even my mother with dry skin didn't experience any dryness, and I, with combination skin, felt almost no dryness after washing. As for blemishes, I'm not sure since I've recently changed many of my cosmetics.
