  Many people disliked the scent, but I actually found it quite pleasant! The lightweight oil formula was perfect for my combination dehydrated skin.

  The cleansing effectiveness was a bit weaker than I expected. I usually remove all my eye makeup with cleansing oil in one go, but it struggled with mascara and eyeliner. Also, the pump feels too stiff every time I use it.

  First off, I loved the scent. It effectively removed impurities and did a great job of drawing out sebum.

  Cons

  However, it didn't quite tackle my blackheads. Unlike what I saw on TikTok, I didn't experience that satisfying rush of sebum coming out.

  Pros

  I experienced no irritation, and despite being an oil, it felt somewhat lightweight. It seemed to emulsify well. The pleasant scent made the massaging and emulsifying process enjoyable and not tedious at all. It effectively removed dead skin cells and sunscreen, which was great. As I have combination dehydrated skin, I think a second cleanse is necessary.

  There wasn't really anything disappointing about it. Compared to other oils, the fragrance is so nice that I find myself reaching for it often.

  Highly recommended for dry skin! I was running low on my Skin1004 ampoule when I saw it on sale at an incredible price, so I grabbed it. Surprisingly, it's great at removing blackheads and sebum (even for my dry skin - I was shocked at how much came out the first time!). Best of all, my face doesn't feel tight at all after cleansing, with almost no pulling sensation. The scent is pleasant, and the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. If you look at the labeled side in a mirror, you'll see an image similar to the one on the product detail page (it's different for each product, which makes it even cooler!).

  Cons

  Even if you asked me to find a flaw, I honestly can't think of any. What can I say? I'm in love with Skin1004!

  Tip

  I saw a video suggesting to microwave a cotton pad soaked in oil (lots of it!) to remove blackheads. I tried it, and wow - the satisfaction of seeing them come out so easily was unreal! Every Skin1004 product I've bought has been a winner. I think it's because they're gentle yet packed with all the good stuff. Give it a try, my fellow sensitive skin warriors!
