This sunscreen's name clearly targets combination dehydrated skin, and I could tell right away it wouldn't be greasy. Application: Unlike typical dry mineral sunscreens that can be stiff to apply (though recent releases have improved), this one glides on smoothly. Surprisingly, it doesn't feel overly powdery after application. (It's actually quite moisturizing) Perfectly hydrating: While it applies moistly, true to its combination skin focus, it doesn't get oily over time. I love this - it doesn't cause deep dryness like some mineral sunscreens, yet remains oil-free. It's the perfect 'combination dehydrated skin' sunscreen (for spring and summer) Zero blemishes: The ingredients are fantastic! True to its name, witch hazel is the first ingredient, and the formula moves away from high silicone content. It's genuinely gentle and doesn't cause any breakouts!
ConsDryness in seasonal changes/winter: While perfect for combination dehydrated skin, it becomes too dry to use during seasonal transitions and winter. I had to switch to a more moisturizing sunscreen... Small quantity: Personally, I use cosmetics for a long time, so 40ml wasn't too little for me. However, it's definitely less than average sunscreens on the market. It seems Bonjour's new products are being released in somewhat smaller quantities lately. Minimal white cast: This could be either a pro or con depending on the person, but it barely provides any brightening effect.
TipIf you want to use it in winter despite the dryness, mixing in some jojoba oil might work well. Personally, this feels like I've found my perfect sunscreen for combination dehydrated skin! I'm satisfied with the application, oil control, and ingredients. I'll probably use only this sunscreen in spring and summer from now on.

I really hope it doesn't get discontinued. I have the kind of skin that breaks out with both mineral and chemical sunscreens, so I usually only apply sunscreen for long outings. My face also tends to get hot, so I prefer mineral sunscreens over chemical ones, but I don't like the dryness typical of mineral sunscreens. After days of searching, I finally bought this product and I'm absolutely in love with it! The main advantages are: 1. It doesn't leave a strong white cast (there's a bit, but it's almost the same as chemical sunscreens) 2. It absorbs well (these days, there seem to be many mineral sunscreens with good absorption) 3. No extreme dryness (usually, even mineral sunscreens with good absorption become super matte over time and make your skin feel like it's about to crack, but this one only gets slightly dry without causing discomfort) 4. It's great as a base before applying makeup (right after application, it really feels like you've applied a chemical sunscreen - it's hard to describe as it's a new sensation for me, but it's neither greasy nor powdery, and it maintains this state without producing excess oil for a long time)
ConsI've been lazy with exfoliating lately, so there's a slight emphasis on dead skin cells. But I don't really consider this a drawback of the product.

I'm really sensitive to sunscreens, but so far I haven't experienced any itching or blemishes with this one! I usually dislike the white cast from mineral sunscreens, but this one is almost non-existent. It might look a bit white when first applied, but it seems to blend in nicely over time - definitely not unsightly! Plus, I don't experience any of that uncomfortable deep dryness or skin tightness at all! The absorption is smooth and pleasant too!
ConsMy experience was completely opposite to what others have written here. Depending on the amount used, it feels more like 40% hydration and 60% oil rather than being deeply moisturizing. It felt quite sticky, similar to organic sunscreens. Surprisingly, it didn't cause my skin to produce excess oil, but I was shocked by how sticky it was. After application, it doesn't dry down to a powdery finish, but maintains that oily feeling. I think those with oily skin might dislike this, especially in summer. Adding to this, the more I use it, the worse the white cast becomes. It sits on top of the skin, causing dead skin cells to pill and clump - it's a mess! It's not moisturizing, it's just oily. While it might be slightly better than a drying mineral sunscreen, I'm not sure about its other benefits. If you apply BB cream over this, it breaks down horribly, clogging pores and making dark spots appear worse. It applies unevenly too.
TipWhen you order, you get a sample. I recommend trying that first to see how it works for you!

This summer sunscreen has a fascinating texture. First off, it's quite unique as it targets the relatively niche 'combination dehydrated skin' type. The application feel is quite extraordinary. Initially, it spreads like a sun emulsion, feeling hydrating. But as time passes, it settles into a powder-like finish. Yet, surprisingly, it doesn't feel dry at all! It's a truly intriguing final texture. As for the white cast, it does brighten the skin tone, but not excessively. It's subtle enough that even men could wear it without feeling self-conscious. Despite its sun emulsion-like formula, it boasts an impressively high SPF. This makes it perfect as a light, refreshing summer sunscreen.
ConsThe value for money is a bit disappointing. It's 18,000 won for 40ml... The truth is, sunscreen can be quite costly when you use it year-round and apply it down to your neck. You'd definitely need to stock up during sales. However, as for the product itself, there's really nothing to fault.
TipRecommended for slightly dry to combination-oily skin types! (In the photo, the white product at the bottom is the Witch Hazel sunscreen, and the one on top is the Bonjour Perfect Suncream)

I'm quite satisfied with the results. It's much less drying than other mineral sunscreens. Of course, that doesn't mean it's not drying at all. Since it's marketed as a sunscreen for combination dehydrated skin, don't mistake it for a basic moisturizer and skimp on your skincare routine - your skin will feel super tight later if you do. Always maintain a solid skincare base before applying this. Other mineral sunscreens (e.g., Dr.G Green, 365 Safe) tend to make your skin feel like a desert no matter what you do underneath, even causing pain in the cheekbone area later. This product is definitely better, but those with combination dehydrated skin should still ensure they're using enough hydrating products in their routine.
ConsBefore bed, I use the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Toner once and the Dr.G Red Blemish Soothing Cream once. I'm really curious about how other people with oily skin do their nighttime skincare routine. Could you please leave a comment sharing your routine? I'd really appreciate it!
TipBefore going to bed, apply an extra layer generously to any areas of concern (spots that feel tingly or tight).
