It's mild and the amount is just right! If it gets in your eyes, it may sting a little for those with sensitive eyes, but it's fine for those who aren't sensitive! I have sensitive eyes, so it stung a little..ㅎ I bought it based on my friend's recommendation, and I'm already on my second bottle~ I feel like cleansing wouldn't be the same without this product! It's transparent like water, but it removes makeup well.

Pros
The pump-style dispenser was convenient to use when purchasing and using the product. It was not irritating. The makeup was easy to remove for the most part.
Cons
For eyeliner or lip products, it's a bit of a hassle to have to remove them more than three times. There is a slight slippery feeling after use, so I do an extra cleansing.
Tip
If you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend using a soft cotton pad.

Pros
I switched from The Face Shop's cleansing water to Bioderma, and my clogged pores and acne have significantly improved. It also doesn't irritate my skin much. It seems gentle and I can use it without any burden!
Cons

Even after cleansing, there is no dryness and it wipes off well. The smell is not bad, and while I haven't tried many cleansing waters before, this seems to be the best one.

There is no skin tightness at all, and it is so light and wonderful. I used it on my cousin's recommendation, and my acne completely disappeared.

I have extremely sensitive skin, closed comedones, and severe tightness immediately after cleansing (foam cleansing, cleansing oil, etc.). However, this product has no tightness at all and is gentle, so it was perfect for my skin.
Cons
There wasn't really anything bad, but when using this alone, I felt a bit sticky (a slippery feeling on my skin), so I wiped it off once more with a cleansing foam.

Pros
My skin type is dry! I think the biggest advantage is that it's gentle. Even my eye makeup came off quite well.
Cons
I know that you don't have to wash with water after using cleansing water, but I don't like the slippery feeling, so I always rinse it off with water after using the product!

Pros
The double cleansing and triple cleansing methods that others talk about were foreign to me. I was the type who just used a cleansing foam and called it a day. But the moment I saw the tiny bit of leftover cosmetic residue that came out as I was cleansing, I changed my mind. And I decided to try a cleansing water, so I brought this friend along. Hehe. Cleansing with the cleansing water feels like wiping it away with water. They say it's gentle and non-irritating, and that claim turned out to be true. Wiping it away feels so satisfying. Doing a primary cleanse with this and a secondary cleanse with a foam cleanser leaves me feeling so refreshed. My skin troubles also seemed to calm down after using this, though I'm not sure if that's thanks to this product. Anyway, I've fallen so in love with this, it's unbelievable!

As a broke person, this tiny size of 250ml is... Haha. But I do remember it was on sale when I bought it. It does a good job of removing makeup, but it's a shame it can't remove mascara well. So I first remove the mascara with a makeup remover, and then use the cleansing water. This is just my personal opinion, but I feel like using this alone isn't quite enough.
