The hospital-sold cosmetics give a sense of trust. The cleansing power is above average. (Makeup and sunscreen are removed well without issues) After use, the skin feels fresh and there is no residue left. No skin irritation is felt.
Cons

I had a hard time using products with irritants or oil formulas due to acne, but this was so gentle and non-oily, yet removed makeup really well, so I stocked up on it when it was on sale haha.

I don't think there were any major downsides, but I think there were pump-type products available as well, though they were hard to find.

The biggest advantage is that it's non-irritating. On days when my makeup is not too heavy, just cleansing it off leaves my skin feeling refreshed, just like after a proper face wash.

This is truly a must-have product in my life!! They say it was made because the tap water is not good in foreign countries. That's why they only use this product for cleansing in foreign countries. I have combination/sensitive skin. It's so gentle and wonderful. The cleansing power is also excellent at this level.
Cons
There is no stinging or breakout after use. For child makeup, you need to wipe it off carefully several times.
