  Pros

  The user experience is nice. It lathers well and rinses off easily. That's about all I can say for sure.

  Cons

  I was disappointed that it came in a tube rather than a pump bottle. But what's even more disappointing are the ingredients... My scalp became very itchy after using this shampoo. I eventually switched back to my usual Witch's Pouch Herb Green Shampoo, which solved the problem. The person who sold this claimed it had no chemical ingredients, but... Even if it's free of chemicals, it must contain some allergens. I'm glad I received it as a gift because if I had spent my own money on it, I would have been devastated.
