After shampooing, if you leave it on for about 5 minutes before rinsing, it feels incredibly refreshing!

I wish it had a pump dispenser, as it would have been more convenient to use. Opening and closing the cap is a bit cumbersome.

I eventually switched back to my usual Witch's Pouch Herb Green Shampoo, which solved the problem. The person who sold this claimed it had no chemical ingredients, but... Even if it's free of chemicals, it must contain some allergens. I'm glad I received it as a gift because if I had spent my own money on it, I would have been devastated.

The user experience is nice. It lathers well and rinses off easily. That's about all I can say for sure.

The price is a bit on the high side. It's slightly inconvenient to use as you have to store it upside down.

The ingredients are a bit disappointing due to the inclusion of PEG and fragrances.

I bought this because I heard it's good for hair loss. I've used many Herbalife products before. The scent is pleasant, and I definitely feel like I'm losing less hair.
