But after going round and round, I've come back to this product and repurchased it over 5 times! Tough waterproof mascara can be tricky to remove cleanly. You'll need to use a lip and eye remover first. Even so, the reason I feel this product is the best is that with other products, even after double cleansing thoroughly, I tend to get small blemishes the next day. But with this cleansing cream, it seems to cleanse the pores so well that my skin actually feels hydrated. It's even better than oil types at managing sebum to some extent. Rather than using it alone, it's best to massage it in, wipe off with a cleansing tissue or cotton pad, then follow up with a cleansing soap, foam, or gel to remove any remaining oiliness.
ConsThere's some eye stinging, but that's the case with any product, so I'll exclude that. Any downsides? None! I hope it never gets discontinued.
TipIf I remove heavy makeup carelessly, I always get pimples the next day. But if I use a lip and eye remover for mascara and glitter, then massage this product (about a nickel-sized amount) all over my face, wipe it off with a cotton pad, and follow up with Bioderma's pink cleansing water, I can go to bed without washing my face and wake up with no blemishes, good skin texture, and hydrated skin. It works great with Bioderma Sensibio (the pink cleansing water). Highly recommend using them together!

It is in the form of a lotion and is soft. It feels moisturizing and hydrating after cleansing.
ConsHeavy makeup is difficult to remove and too slippery, so it cannot be washed off with water alone. Even when using a cleansing foam, there is a lot of oiliness and a feeling of not being fully cleansed. That's why my face keeps getting inflamed. Even though I have dry skin, this product feels burdensome.
TipDue to the feeling of incomplete cleansing, I apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe it on my face after washing.

It doesn't feel rough at all when removing makeup, and the cream seems to melt into your skin effortlessly. The process feels gentle on the skin, and even after cleansing, my face feels moisturized without any tightness, which I really appreciate. I typically wear just foundation and mascara, and this cleanser removes that level of makeup without any issues. What's particularly great is that it's gentle enough for my super sensitive skin, causing no blemishes. I think I'll be sticking with this product for a while.
ConsThe downside is that it struggles to remove waterproof products in one go. For lip tints and eyeliners, I had to use cotton swabs or a separate point remover to get rid of the remnants. Also, being a cream formula, it might feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin. Even for me, it might be a bit much in summer, so I think it's best suited for use from spring through winter.
TipHere's my pro tip: instead of just rubbing it in, spread it evenly over your face and let it sit for 1-2 minutes before gently massaging in circular motions. This helps dissolve makeup more effectively and reduces irritation. When removing the product, use a damp cotton pad or cleansing puff with lukewarm water instead of dry tissues. This method is less irritating and keeps your skin hydrated longer. Lastly, I highly recommend following up with a foam cleanser. Cleansing creams can leave some residue, so a second cleanse ensures everything is thoroughly removed.

It's surprisingly moisturizing and pleasant to use! I didn't have high expectations since it's a drugstore product, but it's actually really impressive!
ConsIt doesn't seem to remove all my makeup with just one cleanse!

Cons✓ Those who use waterproof makeup might find the cleansing effectiveness a bit weak. For me, following up with a cleansing foam after this cream cleanser works well enough that it's not a major drawback. ✓ While it offers good value for money, the slippery texture means you tend to use more product, so it runs out quickly.

Pros: Powerful cleansing yet gentle (great for super sensitive skin that can't handle regular cleansing foams!), leaves skin hydrated after washing (no deep dryness or tightness), excellent value for money I'm on my 10th bottle and sticking with this product...!
ConsDon't be fooled by the moisturized feeling after cleansing, which is typical of cleansing creams. It doesn't mean it's not cleansing properly...! Don't be deceived
TipIts effective emulsification dissolves sebum well with just a light, thorough massage! (Though it won't dissolve large blackheads) For heavy makeup days: Use a lip and eye remover for point makeup, then cleanse with cleansing water followed by this cleansing cream. I found this routine thoroughly cleanses without irritating the skin

Great value for money! It's definitely more hydrating than the Cleansing Milk, and feels more stable on the face compared to oil and foam cleansers.
ConsIt feels like there's a slippery residue, so I can't really feel the hydration. It's supposed to be moisturizing, but that's just how I feel. So I've got one extra just sitting unused. Compared to Cleansing Milk, it's not as smooth because it feels a bit thick. I ended up switching back to Cleansing Milk... The texture just didn't work for me.

The cream formula dissolves makeup softly without irritation.
ConsFor deep cleansing, I feel oil formulas work better. That's why I don't reach for cream cleansers as often.

I used to use MISSHA Near Skin pH Balancing Cleansing Cream, but it was discontinued. Honestly, I prefer the Near Skin one.
ConsThe scent is lemony, but if they're going to include potentially allergenic fragrances, I'd rather it be fragrance-free.

My dermatologist advised me to avoid skincare products containing oil, so I've been using Neutrogena's cleansing cream for a while. However, I ran out of it unexpectedly and decided to try this product. It's the first cleansing cream I've used since Neutrogena, and I was amazed at how moisturizing it is. I tend to massage for quite a while, and as I did, I could feel the hyaluronic hydration overflowing, just like the product name suggests.
ConsBut that hydration felt more like... oil. I use cleansing creams because cleansing oils don't suit my skin type, but after massaging for a while, my hands were covered in oil. While I could sense the unique watery moistness of hyaluronic acid beneath it all, it was overwhelmingly oily. I was so confused about whether it was water or oil that I dipped my hands in water, and it definitely seemed like oil. Since oil doesn't work for me, I tried it once right after opening and immediately passed it on to someone else.
TipI think those who are used to cleansing oils would have no problem using this product and might even enjoy it!
