I've tried all the famous cleansing balms, oils, creams, removers, and milks out there. But after going round and round, I've come back to this product and repurchased it over 5 times! Tough waterproof mascara can be tricky to remove cleanly. You'll need to use a lip and eye remover first. Even so, the reason I feel this product is the best is that with other products, even after double cleansing thoroughly, I tend to get small blemishes the next day. But with this cleansing cream, it seems to cleanse the pores so well that my skin actually feels hydrated. It's even better than oil types at managing sebum to some extent. Rather than using it alone, it's best to massage it in, wipe off with a cleansing tissue or cotton pad, then follow up with a cleansing soap, foam, or gel to remove any remaining oiliness. There's some eye stinging, but that's the case with any product, so I'll exclude that. Any downsides? None! I hope it never gets discontinued. If I remove heavy makeup carelessly, I always get pimples the next day. But if I use a lip and eye remover for mascara and glitter, then massage this product (about a nickel-sized amount) all over my face, wipe it off with a cotton pad, and follow up with Bioderma's pink cleansing water, I can go to bed without washing my face and wake up with no blemishes, good skin texture, and hydrated skin. It works great with Bioderma Sensibio (the pink cleansing water). Highly recommend using them together! - qw***Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 30, 2025
While searching for a cleansing cream, I opted for this affordable gem! We all know a cleansing cream or oil is a must before removing makeup, right? Personally, I find cream-based products more refreshing and effective at cleansing than oils. This Missha product, despite its budget-friendly price, does an excellent job of cleansing thoroughly. I'm really enjoying using it! The product has very little fragrance, which might be an issue for those who are sensitive to scents. There's no refreshing feeling from the fragrance - it's essentially unscented. If you have super sensitive skin or prefer fragrance-free products, this could actually be a positive point. The lack of strong scent means less chance of irritation or allergic reactions for those with blemish-prone or sensitive complexions. - or*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 23, 2025
It has great cleansing power and feels gentle on the skin! I'm sensitive to scents, but this one didn't bother me at all. Even though I have super sensitive skin, it didn't cause any blemishes! There's nothing bad to say! I think I'll be using this as my first cleanse from now on. - eu*******Dehydrated SkinAtopic SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 16, 2025
I came across the nomadic cleansers while searching and decided to purchase them as they were affordable, gentle, and had a large volume. There is no eye irritation, and it mostly wipes off when rubbed. - dm******Dry SkinSensitive SkinMay 14, 2025
The advantages are that it has a large capacity and is relatively inexpensive. It is in the form of a lotion and is soft. It feels moisturizing and hydrating after cleansing. Heavy makeup is difficult to remove and too slippery, so it cannot be washed off with water alone. Even when using a cleansing foam, there is a lot of oiliness and a feeling of not being fully cleansed. That's why my face keeps getting inflamed. Even though I have dry skin, this product feels burdensome. Due to the feeling of incomplete cleansing, I apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe it on my face after washing. - ze********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 10, 2025
First off, the texture is incredibly smooth. It doesn't feel rough at all when removing makeup, and the cream seems to melt into your skin effortlessly. The process feels gentle on the skin, and even after cleansing, my face feels moisturized without any tightness, which I really appreciate. I typically wear just foundation and mascara, and this cleanser removes that level of makeup without any issues. What's particularly great is that it's gentle enough for my super sensitive skin, causing no blemishes. I think I'll be sticking with this product for a while. The downside is that it struggles to remove waterproof products in one go. For lip tints and eyeliners, I had to use cotton swabs or a separate point remover to get rid of the remnants. Also, being a cream formula, it might feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin. Even for me, it might be a bit much in summer, so I think it's best suited for use from spring through winter. Here's my pro tip: instead of just rubbing it in, spread it evenly over your face and let it sit for 1-2 minutes before gently massaging in circular motions. This helps dissolve makeup more effectively and reduces irritation. When removing the product, use a damp cotton pad or cleansing puff with lukewarm water instead of dry tissues. This method is less irritating and keeps your skin hydrated longer. Lastly, I highly recommend following up with a foam cleanser. Cleansing creams can leave some residue, so a second cleanse ensures everything is thoroughly removed. - je*******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2025
I decided to try a cleansing emulsion for the first time, so I just bought an inexpensive one from Coupang. It's surprisingly moisturizing and pleasant to use! I didn't have high expectations since it's a drugstore product, but it's actually really impressive! It doesn't seem to remove all my makeup with just one cleanse! - th*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 3, 2025
It's a slightly thick cream texture that doesn't run, and it cleanses gently and smoothly. I use this cleansing cream when I'm not wearing makeup, and I love how it's less irritating than oil cleansers. It's not very effective at removing blackheads, but it works well for removing light base makeup. For a gentle cleanse, massage it in, skip the tissue wipe, rinse with water, and follow up with a foam cleanser. - wn******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessFeb 21, 2025
The unbeatable affordability covers everything. When used with a silicone cleansing brush, it even removes sunscreen effectively. Doesn't cleanse well without a silicone brush. The user experience is subpar. Very oily lumps don't dissolve, leaving a floating sensation on the skin. Rubbing until it dissolves causes irritation, resulting in significant skin damage. Poor emulsification and cleansing effectiveness mean I probably won't repurchase. It's essential to use it with the 5,500 won silicone brush sold on Coupang. - wa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJan 30, 2025
This cleansing cream is the ultimate bang for your buck. You can snag two for just 8,840 won from a rocket-fast delivery site. That's about 4,000 won each for 200ml. It's a budget-friendly champion that can rival even Daiso's offerings. As someone who loves wearing makeup, I use this as my first step in cleansing to remove color cosmetics. Depending on the day, I follow up with an oil cleanser and then a foaming cleanser. I always prefer a milky cream or emulsion texture for my first cleanse, and this fits the bill perfectly. The texture sits between a cream and an emulsion in terms of density. It's not liquid, so there's no risk of it getting into your eyes. While it may not provide an absolutely stellar cleanse, it certainly gets the job done. I'm not too concerned about it having perfect organic or eco-friendly ingredients. After all, it's being washed off, so as long as there's no particular irritation or toxicity, I'm fine with it. Given its great value and decent ingredients, I'd recommend this to those who don't have sensitive or delicate skin. It worked well enough for me. In reality, it's hard to find reasonably priced cosmetics that cut out the fluff, apart from Daiso. I hope products like this that offer good value for money become more popular. It would be great if this motivates other companies to create more affordable options.
