While it might suit cool-toned complexions better than warm ones, its innocent charm makes it universally flattering regardless of undertone. There was no eye irritation, and the glitter adheres well, preventing any unwanted sparkle fallout on the face. There's a bit of inconsistency with some products having clumpy glitter. I bought shades 1 and 2, and shade 2 had some clumping issues, requiring extra effort to spread evenly. The strong chemical scent is also quite noticeable.
